Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Sioux City

Absolutely disgusting experience that ruined my entire day:

Went to this location for what I thought would be a normal meal. Used the bathroom and didn't notice there was literal human urine all over the stall floor until it was too late - got it on my pants and shoes. Here's the kicker: when I went to tell staff, they ALREADY KNEW about it. They were fully aware there was a biohazard in their bathroom and just... left it there for customers to deal with?? Had to leave immediately to shower and change clothes. Couldn't even finish my food because I was so grossed out. This is a health code violation waiting to happen and shows complete negligence from management. If you know there's human waste in your bathroom, maybe close it down and clean it instead of letting customers accidentally step in it? Basic hygiene isn't optional. Save yourself the trauma and go literally anywhere else. This location clearly doesn't care about customer safety or basic...

This truly is the standard of excellence I expect from a fast food dining experience. Not one for leaving reviews typically, but being from the south, I’m super familiar with this chain. I was so excited finally a Chick-fil-A on Sioux city Northside! However now disappointed. Saturday Oct 4th, my daughter went to get our supper. She was gone a long time. They completely messed up the order, finally fixed it, said they credited my card, * not thru yet* ofcourse fries were completely cold. Chicken sandwiches were overcooked. I never had an issue at the M'side...
