I normally don’t like to complain, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve ordered the same buffalo chicken pizza six different times, and every single time it’s missing the main ingredient—buffalo sauce. You would think a buffalo chicken pizza would actually come with buffalo, but apparently not here.
When I tried to address it in person, the manager was not only rude to me but also to her own employees. Instead of helping them or me, she kept barking at them to move faster while they were clearly struggling, then ridiculed them even more. That’s not leadership—it’s discouraging and unprofessional.
On top of that, I was left on hold for five minutes before I finally drove down there, only to stand around another ten minutes waiting. In the end, the only solution I got was four cups of buffalo sauce, and that was only because I didn’t want the poor employee to struggle any more. I could tell he was genuinely trying to help, but with no real support or guidance from management, what can you expect?

Read moreI have to say that I was EXTREMELY upset by the way I was treated by who I now know is the Assistant Manager. I called regarding a quality issue on my order, and he proceeded to hang up on me while I was speaking to him about my reorder. When I called back to ask why he hung up on me he said he told me that my order was going to be sent out, which didn't explain why he hung up on me. I stated you shouldn't treat customers like that, and I then asked for his manager's information. He then proceeded to tell me I wouldn't be getting what I wanted, and he hung up on me again. I called back to get his information, and then learned he was the ASM. I also learned this behavior has been the norm, and only one of many incidents with him. How desperate are you to keep someone that treats your customers like that?! It's unacceptable considering how minor this issue was! No apologies. However, due to the new building they are residing in, you can glance at the window to see the left most side of the kitchen. Watching the employee, he accidentally dropped a ranch cup... Okay No big deal toss it and replace it.. Though this was not the case, the employee, with no health concern or respect for the order grabbed the cup that was dropped and put it into the box next to the food. As he was bringing my order to me, I called him out on his mistake, and he lied, under a mumble about not using that cup "I... Didn't use that cup, but okay". I asked him to replace it during the call out. He knew which one it was and opened the box to replace the exact one that fell... That is disgusting and then lying afterwards about not doing it?
