This is the best Thai food in Sioux City, and itās not particularly close. I always try Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and a curry when I go to a new Thai restaurant. Many Thai restaurants excel at the noodles and have a very average curry, or vice versa. However, Jasmine does a good job with their noodle dishes and curry. The biggest difference Iāve seen here versus the other places in town for the noodle dishes is they cook the noodles to just the right softness without being soggy or overcooked. Iām Chinese, not Thai, but Iāve had a lot of noodles in my life, and the other places around town seem to undercook the noodles a bit and theyāre more al dente than you would generally like. The flavor of the sauces the noodles are cooked in are good too. The flavor of the yellow curry was very good. I prefer the onions and potatoes in the curry to be cooked a little more and to be a little softer, but it was still an excellent curry. I hope this place stays around because I donāt know of another place that is nearly as good anywhere close by. Keep up...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed at the Food and the service!! I ordered a standard dish I've ordered at countless Thai cuisines from here to the west coast, and received a totally different dish; I went to the counter and spoke to the waitress, she simply said that she had heard wrong. No apologies, no getting me what I ordered! The ingredients were chintzy, just a medium sized plate of fried rice which was tasteless, few frozen veggies, literally with 2 pieces of shrimp, 2 pieces of flattened chicken, 2 slivers of beef. When I paid $17+ for what I didn't order, I had to go to the counter (again) and request for the return of my credit card. Honestly, the Thai food truck is 10x better, generous and delicious, and really nice people! Needless to say, I will not return for costly mistreatment, and recommend others to avoid this place and patronize other more rewarding...

I ordered a coconut soups and that was amazing! Great flavor, āsouperā hot.(temperature).
Service was friendly. Only came 1x to my table, so I was about half done with my food by the time I was able to ask for chili sauce. Also, they didnāt have the typical Thai chili da use, just dry crushed peppers, so that was disappointing. Price was $25.00, with a water. That was not exciting either.
Overall, great flavor, good experience. I...
