Jose's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Sioux City

Let me just start off by saying everything was closed last night due to a black out , but Jose family restaurant and Kum and go where the light of the town. Anyways I seen that it was busy (being as its the only restaurant open ) so I decided to go home and order. Let them know I was coming in 20 mins. Order my usual that I order at any Hispanic restaurant "nachos everything but lettuce. ) got there stated I had an order she said ok nachos right I said yes. Came out 20 mins later got the nachos that were wrong , ask them to take the lettuce off. Came back in 15 mins and I had the right order , got home started eating and there was nothing but fat , FAT , fat on them. I probably had one piece of steak that I could eat. Greesy beans ! I went in and ordered a nachos with beef and added avacodo to go. I waited about 7 minutes got my order to go and left for home. When I got home there was no beef only refried beans. I called and talked to the owner and he said bring in the food so I can see no beef. I told him I had already eaten it and he said there is nothing I can do.
