McDonald's — Restaurant in Sioux City

Would give 0 stars if I could because I can't rate food I didn't receive. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just to be told when I went to pay that they are only accepting cash. I understand stuff happens, but try explaining to 3 kids why we are leaving without their happy meals. Could have at least let us know before we ordered, or while we were waiting in line so we didn't sit there for nothing. It's way more than not getting my food either. Every single time I go to this McDonald's something happens. I was told to pull ahead and wait behind 2 other cars. All 3 of us sat there waiting for over 15 minutes while they served 4 people behind us. I've stood at the counter for 30 minutes waiting for 20 nuggets and fries, then watched a lady come in, order 4 CHICKEN NUGGET happy meals WITH FRIES, and leave in a matter of minutes and they weren't even busy. Every time I order a Big Mac something is wrong with it. It's Missing a patty, put together bun bun patty bun, coming with nothing but lettuce, I got one that taste like tuna fish TWICE, the only consistent thing about it is that my bun is always stale, and not a little stale either, like its been sitting on the counter for 2 days stale. 9 out of 10 times the fries are stale too. I cannot count the number of times I paid for extra BBQ sauce, then didn't even get the free ones that come with the nuggets. I could go on all day. It is just...

This was the worst experience, I walked to the restaurant because my car was at the shop just a block away, I used the menu screen inside the restaurant to order a coffee, disappointed because they only had black coffee, the store is out of every other coffee in their menu. The bathroom was closed with a sign to ask for the key at the register, had to wait for someone to come around, when the person finally did I asked for the key, the only response was... "Are you a customer" I just siad yes, and she responded I have to ask, if people were up front instead of chitchatting in the kitchen area they will know I placed an order, after using the bathroom and waiting a few minutes I asked for the coffee I ordered and the person I asked checked with the kitchen they must said yes, then she asked me what kind of coffee I ordered and I replied black, since that was the only choice, she replied something about not being able to change the menu, all these with a bad attitude, this is the last time I'll go...

I am disabled and on a limited income and I went in for a McDouble and a small fry. I tried paying at the kiosk but it was over $5 which is what I had on the gift card and it wouldn't let me pay cash at the kiosk so I went to the front counter and the girl that helped me was a young Latino girl and I felt like she was annoyed with my request paid for my meal she didn't smile at me she didn't say thank you she was taking an order from drive-thru while she was trying to solve my problem. Anyways I got my order and I went to get ketchup in the lobby and the ketchup pumps were out so I went back up and I asked for ketchup packets and she came up and said you need to stand behind the counter I wasn't even be on the counter she was very rude to me she maybe not feel welcome. I will never give that restaurant...
