Casey's — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

I’ma big fan of Casey’s! But this store is seriously lacking. I visit every morning to grab a drink and some snacks on my way to work, and every morning I check the donut cabinet to see if fresh ones have been made. By 730am, there are multiple empty shelves every morning. The same issue happens with pizza at lunchtime. Everyday that I visit for pizza around noon, pizza is never ready, even if it isn’t busy and there’s multiple cooks. It’s not until 2pm that I know that pizza will be in the warmer when I arrive. I’ve called ahead before and was responded to with irritation, same when I mentioned the delays in stocking the donut cabinet. Normally I would chalk this up to being short staffed or other visitors simply getting there before me. But I can visit other stores at the same time if day and have no issues, the only issue being that those stores are several blocks away from my work. Went into your store to give a gift to a friend. Got pizza, soda and a donut from Casey's on Kiwanis sioux falls South Dakota. The manager Bryan was working with Chicago. The pizza was over sized and hung off the wrapper. I asked the pizza cook chicago to hold it for a second so I could grab my donut. He put it on the dirty counter and my pizza got dirty. With covid around I asked for a new one since it was gross. As I was walking over Bryan the manager said he was gonna charge me double. While it may have been funny and a joke to him I found it distasteful and decided to skip the pizza. He got ANGRY with me over that fact and said "Ma'am let this be your last visit to our store." Over me deciding not to take pizza over a joke I didn't find funny. It was very unprofessional unpleasant and it upset me greatly as I am a frequent customer. The pizza I was given had raw dough inside. I ate a slice before realizing it, hopefully I don't get horrible food poisoning. The place looks like it's two days away from permanently shutting down, absolutely disgusting and filthy, so I shouldn't be surprised. Never going to this location again.

Edit: called the location to make them aware my pizza was undercooked and they offered to make me a new one. Had them remake it the next day for when I was off work and went in to pick it up, and the dough was RAW AGAIN. They tried to claim it was "normal" and all of their pizzas come out like that. Apparently it's normal to serve people undercooked pizza here. For your own safety, get food anywhere but here....
