This is the closest location to where I live, but from now on I will drive across town to a different location if I want QDoba.
I went in to pick up an online order that was ordered at 5:38 to be ready at 5:49. I showed up at that exact time and the employees could not find my order. After a few minutes a worker found my order slip and verified the name and time on it. She then proceeds to throw my order slip in the trash and help the line of 6 customers. When I asked the employees if they will make my order they said it has not come through yet, even though they had it in their hands and threw it in the garbage. About ten minutes pass and the owner or manager comes out and asks if my order is done, I tell him no and he goes to their computer to look for it and says "it just came through." He goes to start making my order and learns there are no more tortillas, my order was for two burritos. The owner or manager then leaves in a huff and tells an employee to handle this. I could've got my correct order if they would have simply made my order when they saw it instead of throwing it in the trash and making burritos for the next six customers.

Read moreI will NEVER do business with Qdoba on 10th and Lowell in SFSD. I ordered via their app, received a text stating my food would be delivered at a certain time and another text stating my food was on its way. I then received a phone call from their delivery driver and he stated, “naomi? I have your food..” and then he hung up on me. I waited another 10 minutes before calling Qdoba directly when the first gentleman I spoke to said “I don’t know what to tell you” and put me on hold without warning. A woman came on the line and said “there’s nothing I can do for you, this is our noon hour, you’ll have to get information from online, have a nice day” and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and demanded she speak to me about my food not being delivered. After arguing with me and refusing me a corporate phone number, she provided me the DoorDash phone number and then offered me an “envelope of free entree coupons” and told me to come pick them up after work and if she wasn’t there not to worry as she would communicate this all with the next manager on duty. I go to Qdoba after I am off only to find out she has NOT prepared anything for me and she has NOT communicated this with the next manager. So the manager on duty gets into the cash register and hands me two USED free entree coupons THAT ARE EXPIRED!!!! I’m livid....
Read moreEarlier tonight I placed an online order for myself, girlfriend, and two kids. Waited about 25 minutes and then left to pick it up. This store is only about 2 miles away from home. Upon arriving at the store they were in the midst of their dinner rush. So, I waited in line because I had to place an additional order to my online order. After getting food and getting home, my girlfriend noticed she did not have the steak we ordered on her burrito. I double checked mine and sure enough, no chicken. Very odd for this crew. So, I wrapped them up and returned to the store and requested the manager politely, I never get too worked up over stuff like this, understanding their rush. I explained my situation and had a nice laugh with the store manager Leah. She promptly corrected the issue and went WAY above expectations and voided our entire ordEr as well as handing me a parting gift (3 brownies). I explained she didn’t need to do this as all I wanted was the protein I paid for. She was very sorry and made things right. The whole crew tonight was busting tail. I will be back.
