Bo-Tea Café — Restaurant in Slidell

If you like Smoothie King then this is a great option to try. I tried the Very Berry Strawberry which has the black tea, diced strawberry peices and some other artificial ingredients.

Quality: Smoothie King serves mostly smoothies with many artificial ingredients. BO TEA does the similar thing except it has more variety which are lemonade, teas, smoothies, slushes, etc. They both use many artificial ingredients and they both have similar taste.

Convinence: BO TEA does get orders fast like Smoothie King however they dont have any possible way to have a drive thru. So every customer would have to park their car and walk in and order. You can expect to be served fast like a fast food restaurant and it is a good place to calm/relax away from summer heat.

Quantity and Price: For 2 people you can expect to spend at least $10 total for the smallest available cup (16oz) of Smoothie, Lemonade, Slushes, Tea, etc. Each cup is like around $5 (tax included) which is same price as a meal in some restaurants. So its not that cheap.

My Recommendation: If the cups start at $3, then it be very easy to come back and keep buying more. $3 is about less or same price as dessert for 1 or more person. I go to Race Trac for dessert. I dont recommend getting slushes as they are too sweet (relative bought one and hated it). I never tried the lemonade nor smoothie but the teas are the best option and they are main reason to go to Bo Tea in the first place

I give 4/5 starts mostly due to using many artificial ingredients and pricing.

I will like to come back try more but if the drinks were cheaper, then it would be worth 5 stars to...

What could be better on a road trip than good food at a great price! Little did we know, we had stumbled on a little piece of home!

On a roadtrip, we wanted to skip the fast food scene, for real home cookin. Tbh we figured it's roughly the same price as a fast food meal, so why wouldn't we go for pho?

Exceptional, authentic, Vietnamese soul-food in a cute, classy, fun and impecably clean atmosphere, with people who treat you like family made us decide we will stop here every time we come home from now on.

We've eaten a lot of Vietnamese food across the US and world and you'd be hard-pressed to find anything quite as authentically good many places these days.

Do yourself a favor and skip the standard go to, and give this place a try! Dined in but food was so good we decided to order extra good to go for the road.

I went to the Cafe to get a blueberry green tea with 2 scoops of pearl because I wasn't feeling well. In the car I was trying to put the straw in the cup 3 times. On the third time the cup split in two and the drink went all over me and the car. If figure it happens. I went inside and told the older gentleman and his wife. The man says no exchanges or refunds.i told them that the cup split. The woman kept saying I. Broken English "I put drink in holder, I put drink in holder. I said yes and the cup split. He said they would not replace it. I left the cup and little juice at the counter on the floor. I left and got into the car that was not mine, as I was driving away the owner runs out and takes a picture of the car and the license plate and yells at me he was going to call the police. He really has learned how to rip...
