Bella Brazilian Wax - Slidell — Local services in Slidell

I went with joy last month, in October, for my Brazilian and she was great, I have no complaints. However I’m upset at the fact that it’s never the same girls, there’s always someone new. Before going with Joy, I used to get waxed by Rebecca and she was also great. Both Joy and Rebecca were very great and detailed estheticians that took their time with you, walked you through the process of Brazilian waxes, made you feel completely comfortable, and even tweezed after they waxed incase there were any stragglers left behind. But now it seems like there’s someone new every month. I can’t speak for anyone else but for me personally, I think that getting a Brazilian wax is an intimate service/process between you and your esthetician… and I don’t want to have to go to different person every single time I get waxed. After Rebecca left, I booked with two other ladies, I couldn’t get serviced by Sarah because a few days after I booked, I was informed that she was not longer there; the other lady that I booked with, I wasn’t a fan of how the service went. I then booked with Joy in October, was serviced and I loved it, and now that I’m trying to book with her again in November, I receive a call that she’s no longer there. I’m extremely annoyed and irritated that this keeps happening with the good estheticians every time I want to go get waxed. So if you’re looking for consistency, in regards to having the same esthetician everytime, good luck because I wouldn’t recommend going here. I've seen every esthetician that is currently at this location. I started with Amanda who was wonderful but she's no longer there. Then I started seeing Rebecca who is so thorough and super funny. That girls definitely got a personality on her! However, she stay really booked up and Im not always able to prebook with her in order to guarantee that I get in to see her. So I started seeing Quinn who is a great alternative when I cannot see Rebecca. She's pretty quick as long as I come on a recurring basis and remember to exfoliate. I went as a walk-in the other day and saw the new girl, Hailey. Hailey really knows what she's doing. I've noticed the Slidell location has gone through a few estheticians since they first opened which was frustrating at first but the three that are currently there, Rebecca, Quinn, and Hailey are all wonderful options. I was really contemplating on if I should write this review or not because I usually don’t, but this was such a horrible experience. I usually go to Rebecca who is absolutely amazing. However, she is sick so I was asked if I’d switch to Haley. Well let me just say that I should’ve waited. I don’t know if she just doesn’t work well under the pressure of having a lot of extra clients, but she needs to slow down. A Brazilian wax is not the kind of service you should rush. There was a point where she pulled on wax that didn’t even harden yet which is pretty painful. The most frustrating part is that I still have hair down there! If timing is an issue, then she should space out the appointments but to be rushed through a service that I paid for is disappointing. She didn’t even give me a mirror so I could look at her work.
