Waiting at the drive through now at 2pm for literally 20 minutes. Trapped and cant drive away. Slowest fast food restaurant i have EVER been to. Will i ever get through this line? The question that remains to be answered as i ramble through this impossible line of 5 cars that never move. Burger king seems to just keep getting worse. Honestly, i think they want you to wait as ling as possible to discourage customers from coming here. Last time i was here the cashier at the window literally told me " couldnt hurt for you to smile!" They hire employees and let them run the restaurant however they want. THAT is the heart of every issue at burger king. This chain wont last another 5 years. Im going to stop coming at all. Its just not worth it. Pick your battles. The bad employees at this location win this one. Im done with this entire company. Too bad. At its peek, there was nothing better. OH! Moved one car. Up to 35 minutes. Gtreeeeeaaaaat........
Update. Still waiting in line for nearly 45 minutes now... this place is crazy. I go here because my son insists on the fries. Im going to have to tell him we dont do burger king anymore. What a hassle...
Update 2: made it through the line. All told it was 55 minutes for them to serve 5 cars. The manager handed me my 2 kids meals. No reciept. Didnt even look at me when she handed them to me. All employees were literally walking around and yawning and in no rush at all. The manager was rude in that she didnt acknowledge my presence at all and just hung my food out the window with a bent wrist as if it was the least important thing in her life. I had to reach my body out my car window to reach it and said thank you with no response. Wow. Just amazing this place is still open. There was one little skinny black guy that looked like he was on the ball (looked like a new employee). You could really just FEEL the lack of "give a dang" in everyone else. Especially the manager (overweight black lady). I hope their corprate office takes action with this store. I hate to see people take advantage of customers (and their employer)...
Read moreWe spent nearly $70 on 4 orders through the Burger King app today, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. Let’s break it down:
The Whopper had 5 customizations, clearly selected through the app. Only one (adding onion rings) was correct—everything else was ignored.
The bacon double cheeseburger had no bacon, and the Halfsies side was cold and soggy. None of the requested condiments were included.
The Impossible Whopper? They forgot the large fries that came with it.
The fourth item—a wrap—was completely missing.
I contacted support through the app right away, but was told I’d hear back in 24 to 48 hours. That’s unacceptable when you're trying to eat now.
So I drive to the store and initially the staff was polite. One employee said she remembered making the order. I calmly explained everything that was wrong, and she replied, “Well, I made it,” as if that somehow meant everything was fine. I suggested maybe the driver ate the missing items—her response? “I’m not saying that either.”
This pointless back-and-forth lasted 5+ minutes. Eventually, they agreed to remake the missing items—but still forgot the large fries again, and gave me no condiments.

When a customer pays for something we shouldn't have to check, double check, and triple check that we get what we pay for and this normally would be enough to set me off into a tirade on most days especially when it has been a rough day, however the staff was super nice, friendly, and quick to correct said problems and this is why I only took off 1 star for said issues. Their demeanor and smiles kept the hangry monster locked up. I of course had my receipt and food to verify the problems. The place is nice and clean with a beautiful remodel. I know many long time vegans have complained about certain things with the impossible burger, but coming from someone who is newer to said lifestyle I am a fan of this burger which allows me another option to assist me in eating more appropriately for my body and my health while living with a houseful of meat eaters that have not found the need to make the switch.
