I don't know anything about the clock/watch side, so I can't speak on that. The knife side of the house, however, is incredible! Let me first say that this store is 100 percent NOT a crappy mall ninja knife store. All of the knives here are QUALITY. I was delightfully surprised at the amazing selection of all types of knives. Brands including Benchmade, Zero Tolerance, Emerson, Kershaw, Ontario, and so many more. All of the knives are well organized by brand and cover the walls and displays. I'm a huge fan of Benchmade and this store has every Benchmade you can think of. They have automatics as well. They are an official authorized Benchmade dealer. I see new Benchmade knives in this store before I see them on the internet. The owner gets first production models of a lot of the new Benchmades. They also have a large selection of kitchen knives. All of the prices are fair. You'll pay what you would if you bought them on the internet with the added benefit of holding it in your hand before purchasing. You'll also save money not having to pay shipping. The people working here are super friendly and respectful. I've been here multiple times and every time I've had a very pleasant experience. They sell a good number of sharpeners as well as honing oil. I walked in here expecting to find crappy knockoff knives and was completely blown away by finding the opposite. Not a great experience, although the folks who helped my father and I were friendly enough. Had my father’s Tissot automatic in for service as it was running slow. They suggested their watchmaker perform a full service for about $180. It took a few weeks and when we got it back by the next day it was running slower than before and would even stop. We took it back and they did say they would fix for no additional charge.

However, it took them nearly two months to get the watch back to us, only to say they could not repair it as the movement was too complicated. This is a relatively simple automatic movement so not sure why they could not fix. Worse, they could have said so from the beginning instead of holding the watch for this long. They did refund the cost so that is very good, but they say their watchmaker is very experienced yet it took two visits and overall over two months for him to say it is beyond his capability? Lastly, they returned the watch to my father in non-working condition and with the back not fully sealed (you can see gasket showing in picture below).

Disappointed as I really wanted to have a local trusted watch...

I dropped a watch off that was supposed to be ready within 2-3 weeks. I went to pick up after 3 weeks and was told it would be another week due to bad parts coming in. So then I come back to pick up and I'm told it will be ready in 2 days which is unfortunately after my anniversary so there goes the gift- well it's been in over 6 weeks now and I return today and I still am told to come back again!!! The lady is not sympathetic at all and is just matter of fact it's not her fault- well it's bad business.
