DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION!!!!!
Recently I placed an order at dominos on old Spanish trail in Slidell. I placed the order online, and it was a carry out. My daughter made the honor roll so she picked out two pizzas and it was supposed to be a reward. When I came to the store and paid cashier told me to swipe my card I did and the ped flashed 49$ but the cashier told me it didnât work. He told me to swipe again this time the correct total showed for 15.76. He handed me my boxesâŚ. Before I get out the door I get two notifications of the charges on my phone. So I turn around without ever leaving the store and show the person, he grabbed the manager Matthew (who was rude and had no hospitality training or urgency for his customers) he was sarcastic and unhelpful even the employees standing around him were asking why he couldnât give a refund. He gave me a phone number to call after sayingnhe could do nothing to help me. so I leave a block or two away I try calling the number from 2 different phones and the phone was a dead line. So I go back to the store and ask for a receipt since I was never given one or asked if I wanted one. I asked for his name and he got loud and gave it to me. But at that point after receiving a phone number that didnât work I went to the location on Robert rd to get help. They were way more friendly and willing to listen and try to figure out the problem. So from there I got an email. Then we went home so my daughter could eat her now cold pizzas after trying to get a simple refund for and unexplained charge that brought the total of my order up by over 300%. I went back and talked to the gm a couple days later and he tried to find the charge and help me but then told me to come back when it had posted. Today is the first day I made it back since it posted. The whole process has been a let down. And Iâm not trying to make anyone have a difficult time or anything but the 49.01 charge is insane for not having bought anythingâŚ. Not receiving any service. I always have tomato sauce on normal and it used to come with a decent anount of it a couple months ago. Out of nowhere I got a pizza that was supposed to be normal on tomato sauce but it BARELY had any tomato sauce. Iâd say about 75% of every slice had no sauce. Itâs almost like if I selected light on tomato sauce instead of normal. I thought someone just messed up my order so I let it go. Couple days later I ordered again and the same issue happened, I wanted normal tomato sauce and I got light again. I ended up getting a free pizza and I figured out âif I order normal and theyâre giving me light, maybe I should order extra and Iâll get normal?â. Well that did not work out. My pizza was soaked in tomato sauce.
Theyâre not putting the right amount of tomato sauce on pizzas anymore. Itâs either you get light, which is pretty much just cheese with a small spoon of tomato sauce on each slice, or you get a waterfall of tomato sauce when you select extra.

   Read moreHorrible experience! So I ordered plain pepperoni and cheese for my kids and cheesy bread everything was suppose to come with garlic butter on the crust but it didnât. We got all the way home and had to go back to store. We thought they would remake the pizza for us but no the lady was super rude and says all we can do is add it to it and squeezes the sauce over the crust of the pizza. Clearly in the picture you can see it was just squeezed on and now from going all the way home back to the store and back home we have cold pizza. Horrible customer service! Not going back to this location and from now on I am going to be checking my pizza before I walk out of the store (which I shouldnât have to because the order should be correct).
