Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Slidell

My daughter loves papa johns pizza and so do I. We usually have it delivered. I do have to say the quality is outstanding. However we never get what we order delivered right. I did send the driver back for our garlic sauce which we are charged for twice. By the time we get our sauce our pizza isn't hot like upon arrival. It brings the hype of having papa johns in our home down to a blah feeling. It's sad. I also ordered a supreme thin crust something I usually don't order since my daughter prefers thin crust pepperoni and olives only. Being tired of eating what she likes I ordered a pizza for myself. I was delivered a hand tossed meat lovers. .??? I called the store on ponchatrain Blvd. in Slidell and the same associate who took my order said that Dominos has supreme and that papa johns has a different name to it. Holy moly! I was so upset! Why couldn't this associate ask me exactly what I was trying to order.? Instead she said ok and placed my order. That same order I was short 3 garlic sauce that I paid for. They sent me what I requested and I got food poisoning that night on that one pizza I had them redo. My daughter was ok. Her pizza didn't make her sick. I'm so sick and tired of the run around that I gave up on that store. We love papa johns but will never go back to order from that store. We have pizza once a month. We are over due but I just can't get myself to go through the aggravation. Please check up on this store!!! I'm sure not all stores are...

Update: 10.08.2020 Decreasing my rating from a 2 to 1 Star(Wish I could give NO Stars)! We received a FREE large 1 topping pizza for our troubles last time we ordered an undercooked pizza. I ordered once again the FREE 1 large pizza, 3 topping xtra large pizza (Requesting WELL DONE) also ordered wings. Pizza AGAIN delivered UNDERCOOKED, RAW, MUSHY, SOFT PIZZA! Papa Johns employees and manager obviously doesn't care about their service. We'll try Marcos Pizza or a different location Papa Johns!

Dillon was real cool taking my order over the phone for carryout. When I showed up, my order was ready and still hot. I ordered a large specialty topping meat lovers pizza, cheesy bread and 18 honey chipotle bone-in wings. Dillon not only helped me run my card as credit so I could get the $10 cash back through RetailMeNot, but he was respectful enough to hold the door for me on my way out.
