Do yourself a favor and wake up 5 minutes earlier to make your own coffee. This is without a doubt the worst D&D I've ever been to. My wife and I are constantly exchanging stories with quite a few of our local friends and neighbors about how horrible the service and the attitudes at this location are. The location is clearly the only reason they are not out of business. I was there today about 2:30pm and the young lady at the window was really horrible. We went through the drive thu and ordered 2 frozen coffees. Not rocket science but they gave us two of what appeared to be medium milks with ice in them. I wasn't paying attention and pulled away from the window and immediately turned around and went inside. There were 6 people standing behind the counter doing their best to ignore me. I waited patiently for a few minutes while they all side-eyed me and almost hurt themselves looking away so quickly. Finally the young lady at the drive thru window saw me with two milks in my hand and said "what do you want".. I said these were supposed to be frozen coffees but they're not. She rolled her eyes and gave me the hand. Yes, she actually gave me the hand and said that I had an attitude. I said I just want a refund and she refused. While literally all the employees were doing their absolute best to not look at me and ignore me, I just said I need my $12 back because you have me the wrong item. So this young woman just started telling me that I came in with an attitude and therefore I was lucky that she was still being nice. I asked what does that mean and she said "you don't even know" kind of confusing considering she appeared to be about 15. I said I just want my money back and she said I'm not the manager. I asked what does that mean and her only response was I'm not the manager. After another few minutes of being ignored and told I'm not the manager we left. They can keep $12. Between my wife and I we probably stop there 10 times a week or more. Between reg coffees and frozen coffees and breakfast stuff, we spend at least $100 per week there for the last 5 years. This was the "straw" That will never happen again. It might not make a difference to the owner who clearly doesn't care who they hire but it makes a difference to me. I will be telling everyone I know about my recent horrible experience there. No one will...
Read moreWorst experience at a Dunkin'. I was standing in line with several other customers for 10+ minutes at the front counter waiting to order. There were at least 5 employees working who did not acknowledge our presence. All were gathered and chatting around the drive thru window. Finally a male employee came over and told us that we had to order from the kiosk. There was only one kiosk and it was a bit difficult to find certain items; however there wasn't anyone available to answer questions which caused further delays. Finally after placing an order and seeing the slip print out behind the counter with an alarm sounding to alert the employees to the order, I watched an employee walk over shut off the alarm then walk away without looking to see what was on the slip. I had to wait several more minutes to finally receive my coffee and then had to tell the person who gave me the coffee that I had also ordered food items that I had paid for but did not receive yet. They acted like this was an inconvenience that was not their job. While I was there, one customer became extremely frustrated and asked for his order to be canceled and his money returned. The employees then rudely yelled in unison "Bye!!" multiple times at him as he left. I definitely will avoid this location in the future. Very poorly managed and an...
Read moreJust an awful time. I got into the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. It was taking a bit long for what seemed like a couple orders but I didn't think anything of it. My order only took a few minutes, the drive thru line was moving slowly, but moving. I got up to the window and then it seemed like a the drive thru work stopped. People continued to enter the front of the building and were being served and no employee came to the drive thru window. No updates. No "sorry for the wait it's coming", nothing. After waiting at the window for over 20 minutes i caught the eye of what seemed to be a manager who could not even work the window properly to open it to tell me there was "only one employee". Not sure why one employee was left alone, but the manager did not seem to help in any way. No one was on the phone actively trying to get other workers to come in. The singular employee kept stopping making drinks constantly to walk away from the counter and seemingly not work at all. Just awful service. I can understand and sympathize with there being only one employee, but please communicate instead of letting a line build up in frustration. I thought we had too many Wawa's in this area, but after this experience I will be taking my business to the nearby Wawa and never return to this Dunkin...
