Hot and delicious!!

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker. There was one car at the window. I waited 5 or less minutes before the car pulled out, and the girl took my order. Chicken sandwich with extra mayo, and a 5 piece chicken tender with ranch and honeyracha. The food came out quick and with a smile. I parked and pulled out everything from the bag. It was all there. Extra napkins, a hot box of tenders, a ranch and 2 honeyrachas, and I really hoped at 215pm the sandwich would be hot, too. (It was!) 3 or 4 bites in, I had to write a review. I come in here every morning and the staff is mostly friendly,the manager on duty then seems a little racist to me. But overall the employees in the morning are great. But today on Easter Sunday afternoon the manager on duty had to take my order,and as I'm Patiently waiting he hollers at me like he had an attitude to get my attention. My husband and I usually go here when we want a good burger. But we haven't gone for a few months and don't intend to ever go back. I usually get the 1/3 thick burger, my husband gets the 1/2 thick burger. The last time we went there, ordered our regular and omg there was something terribly different about these burgers. They were really rubbery and chewy. It was disgusting. We could tell it wasn't real meat. Maybe they were cutting costs or something idk. But they were definitely using something different that day.
