Burger King — Restaurant in Smithfield

I went through the drive thru this weekend and ordered two of the bacon egg and cheese croissantwiches. When I got to work and opened them I had one that was bacon and the other was sausage so I was only able to consume the bacon one. I wasn't able to go back and fix the issue because I had to be at work. I did the survey because it said I could get a free item but when I went today they said I had to purchase something to receive the free survey item. I dont eat hash browns nor do I drink coffee so there was no reason to buy those to get the free item. Im feeling extremely frustrated and I really dont know if I'll be going back to Burger King as a company since the only thing I eat is the croissantwich.

I shouldn't even give this three stars, but I'm trying to be nice this evening. Me and my dad went to the Burger King in Smithfield and he ordered a Whopper combo and I ordered a Whopper Junior combo. Now, someone please explain to me why the hell my bill was $17!!! The food was bunk. I think they have forgotten that they are a Burger King, not a Five Guys. I would most definitely pay $17 for two of their burgers! For sure! As a consumer to your establishment, I recommend lowering the prices or stepping your game...

We were gonna go to a certain other fast food restaurant in the area which I won't name. But their POS system was down. So we stopped by BK instead. I wasn't expecting much because most have gone downhill. But they were very attentive. They offered my friends daughter ice cream because they were out of kids meals toys. The staff was super friendly and attentive. And the food was hot, fresh, and didn't taste like junk. Very well run operation. The manager and crew...
