If I could give this place a 0 I would. Ordered an order online, order was totally wrong when it arrived, called and told them my order was wrong told me it would be out in 30 minutes, called to check on my order about 45 minutes later, they told me I had two more ahead of me, I asked why wasn’t my order sent back out since my order was wrong to begin with. Told me they would get the manager when I asked for the district managers number, after about 10 minutes a young man came on the phone saying he was the manager but he was stumbling over his words and told me to hold on because he needed to help his employees, then after another 5-10 minutes another man came on the phone saying he was the manager. Asked again for the district managers phone number, he couldn’t give it to me. Asked him why the young man earlier lied to me, he said he shouldn’t have done that. Needless to say I cancelled my order. They gave me a credit for my pizza, so I called the complaint hot line and told them what happened and told them I wanted a refund for the total I paid. They said I would get an email or phone call within 3 days, didn’t hear anything so called back to complain again, told me they would escalate the complaint to the district manager. A week later still waiting and still no refund. Today called again to the same number, said they would send it again and I would hear something within three days. I was told that they have in their notes that this was resolved because someone called me and gave me a credit for another pizza. Wow, I never talked to anyone since I made my complaint. I’m still without the money I spent on the wrong pizza. I’m not holding my breathe to get this resolved because apparently Pizza Hut in Smithfield or the complaint center doesn’t care about their customers. I personally will never eat at this establishment again. Hope this doesn’t happen to...
Read moreI need to completely edit this because today's visit just confirmed that letting my points expired and not coming here for months was the right choice and now I'm just never coming back at all.
I placed my order at 10:43. I got there at 10:52. It took over five minutes for someone to come to the window and then the window is so raggedy it took two people fumbling with it to get it open.
An older guy came to the window and said "she's in the bathroom. Please be patient." While a kid pops up waving at me. Who is "she" and why do you have a kid in your kitchen? I guess "she" who was in the bathroom was the cook?
The email I got said my order was supposed to be ready at 10:58. I didn't get to leave until 11:15 and while I waited, I read the reviews here and really just wanted a refund at that point but they didn't seem the type to do that just because of a long wait.
There was a faint smell of weed when I first got there and I just got more and more uncomfortable with having g to eat this item. I figured I'd just take it as a lesson learned and just will never come back. Franchise places are the worst. Along with all these department store closures, places like this location should follow suit and close with them. That girl can call me beautiful and gorgeous all she wants, it doesn't minimize the horrible way that...
Read moreI placed an order the online and was very pleased with the easiness of the process. That got one star. The cheese sticks I ordered only had 5 thin strips that were the worse that I've had in my entire life time. 61 years. The bread that they used tasted like it was frozen bread and made of processed artificial flour. There was barely enough cheese on top to even cover it. The marinara sauce was the only thing edible. I graded the cheese sticks a 0 out of 5. I also ordered the garlic parmesan breaded chicken wings. It should say on the menu that they are breaded pressed chicken scraps. They tasted also like thawed frozen premade bagged chicken nuggets. McDonald's taste better. When I opened the container they were standing in an inch of sauce. They were soaking wet and the taste made me sick. I still think I'm going to throw up. My stomach hurts really bad. Now I worked at a pizza hut 3 decades ago. We made our dough daily, we made our own wings, we made everything fresh but today pizza hut gets all their dough frozen. The night before they break the dough apart and put it in oiled pans then they proof it overnight. I give the chicken wings 0 out of 5. I'll never eat at a pizza hut ever again....
