Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Smithfield

Ordered online - first mistake. Ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza, crazy bread that COMES WITH sauce, cheesy bread that I had to pay extra for sauce.

Go thru drive thru to pick up order - second mistake.

Get the push notification that my order is ready.

"New kid" hands me a pizza and order of cheesy bread. No sauces and no crazy bread. "Gonna be 10 minutes for the crazy bread" what the kid told me. I asked for my 2 sauces and he acted like I was stealing them, as if I didn't order them.

Parked vehicle and went inside. 2 containers of sauce barely had any sauce in them at all. He claimed they come like that. Pizza that was given to me was a pretzel crust PEPPERONI NOT CHEESE. For this, they exchanged for a plain crust cheese pizza and claimed it was same price.

1/2 hour later, still waiting on crazy bread that was only supposed to be "10 more minutes".

I have ordered online before, ordered thru drive thru before, went in store and ordered at the counter before. NEVER have I had these issues!! Especially the partially filled containers of sauce that I know for a fact don't come from the warehouse!!!!!!!

I will NOT ever again come to this location. Young kids running the store that don't have a clue about customer service. Very rude. Just lost...

Just to echo some other reviews. Put in an order at 6:00pm. Showed up and 6:45 and was told our food wasn't ready. No big deal, we ran across the street and did some quick shopping at Belk. Get back to the store... still not ready. Didn't get our food until almost 7:30. Double check our boxes and none of the 5 sauces we order were there. Go back in and ask for the sauces and the dude behind the counter drops them in my hand when there's bags sitting right next to him. I typically trybto be understanding of folks working these jobs, but the people working in this store are just lazy. Zero sense of urgency, not one person I could see from the front was wearing gloves, the store looked dirty, and the guy coming to the register couldn't gear what you were saying cause he was listening to his headphones. To top it all off, we get our food home and it's not even fresh! If they were going to take all night to get our order, the least they could've done was handed us hot food.

I hope at some point Little Ceasers Corporate gets involved with this store. It's a shame because with 4 kids, little ceasers used to be a go to treat for us, but between this location, as well as the Clayton location, I'm done with little ceasers. I'll stick with Big Cheese...

This location is lacking in professionalism. Only 1 employee apologized for the multiple mistakes and lengthy wait time, even though none of it was his fault nor his mistakes. The woman running the register and drive thru was u professional in almost every way imaginable. She was immediately rude towards me as I began placing my order. When asking her to speak louder she simply motioned to the drive thru headset and continued talking (which made it very confusing as to whom she was speaking to due to the ear bud in the other ear while she’s working). The same woman got my order wrong. When I informed her what I actually ordered she proceeded to argue with me in the lobby and tell me I did NOT order the 2 extra pizzas I was missing. Given the experience at that point with my order I checked the crazy bread for the extra garlic butter and Parmesan cheese I ordered to find the bread dry with no butter or cheese. I took the bags back in and at this point the female employee wouldn’t even speak to me. This is simply the tip of the iceberg of my experience today (March 3, 2024). Worst experience ever at...
