I will NEVER order from this Papa Johnâs location! After working a very long day I decided to order from one of my favorites and boy was I disappointed. I ordered a meats pie with extra cheese, mushrooms, and pineapple. The young lady who was on the phone repeated my order to me and told me what time to pick up my pie. After getting home I soon discovered that I only had the veggies and no meat (very disappointing)! I immediately called the store to ask for management and after waiting roughly 15 minutes the manger (Aaron) gets on the phone sounding extremely frustrated before he even hears whatâs wrong! I explained to him my issue and that I would like for my remake to be delivered. He begin to explain to me why they couldnât deliver it! Which made no sense in my head. Customer service is extremely important to me, and if I brought my hard earned money into your establishment to and you messed up my order the least you could do is make it ârightâ!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I order from this location !!!! I have ate at several Papa Johns and even worked at Papa Johnâs in high school & college.    Read moreI just had to kick the self claimed manager out of my store. I have ordered pizzas for my employees from the Smithfield NC location for the past 10 years. I feed approximately 40 employees. I always order online and have them delivered. Today, I ordered 10 pizzas online for a total of $137.59 including delivery and tax. When the driver showed up, he handed me a bill for $185.00. I told him that this was incorrect. He became agitated and told me that this is what the bill is. I showed him the online order and the total of $137.59 and he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and their computer was correct. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that he was the supervisor. I asked to contact his supervisor nad he went outside and made a call. He return with someone on the phone saying they were in charge. The person on the phone accused me of not letting the gentleman to have a chance to correct the bill. I told him that this was not accurate at all. I informed him that his employee had an attitude and that is when his employee told me that I was "getting ready to see an attitude" in a threatening tone.    Read moreI ordered the new Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust thru the app. I forgot to change the method of payement before I placed the order so I called the store to update the information. The young lady, I believe her name was Elana, changed the payement with ease but charged me an incorrect amount. She then explains that she would need to call another manager to fix the issue. When she returns to my call she tells me originally that I would just be getting a normal stuffed crust pizza and still be charged an incorrect amount. I told her that wasnt fair and that I would like to pay for what I ordered at the amount I ordered she quickly hushed me off the phone and lied to me saying I would indeed recieve my correct order. The pizza I recieved wasnt the new special at all. It was a regular pizza. No extra garlic seasoning anywhere on or in the crust or garlic sauce on the pizza. Highly disappointed!
