This location along with several others around the are have gone down hill so bad since COVID they learned during this time they don’t have to do anything they don’t want to they can blame everything on COVID. They close because they are to lazy to work well before closing time. Food will be prepared wrong. I have caught them drinking beer at one location and just about trashed. I ordered the last night with mobile app it took my order and my payment then. I arrived and pressed the button on app to let them know I arrived then pulled to drive up speaker I was greeted with sorry where closed. I drove to window saw no one but could tell they had to be their because everything was out. After 10 min and having just called 911 to check on the employees not knowing if they had been robbed or something an employee finally came to the window said they where closed and I would have to contact Taco Bell for a refund. I asked why the app took my order and payment then she said that she had no clue. I have tried calling the restraint for 2 hours no answer I have called the 1800 number been on hold 30min. Wrote this while on hold and just got hung up on. Now trying to call back and the 1st call said hold time 10min cut off at 42min now second call said wait time 15min then after 6 min wait time said 25 min the main office must be the main problem teaching the stores to do as they do. Now my hold time is 45 min how...
Read moreI find it interesting to see reviews like these. A lot of folks had good to great experiences but many have also had a terrible time. It appears to come down to consistency, including food quality, preparation, and service (with staffing matched to the needs).
For us, it was on the poor side tonight. We put in and paid for our order online at this location within 2 miles of our house. The confirmation email said to go to the drive thru and give my name to pickup the food. I pulled into the drive thru line at 808pm with only 7 cars in front of me. Approximately 26 minutes after we arrived we pulled up to get our food. I don’t know if it was inadequate staffing, a bad system, or slow food preparation. There was no way to get out of line to go into the restaurant to ask for our food. My suggestion is to go into the restaurant versus the drive thru. There appeared to be only 3-4 patrons inside waiting for food.
The food was only fair. That is undoubtedly influenced by the many other good local Mexican restaurants around here, the lukewarm food, and the “incomplete” tacos (we ordered 3 tacos supreme to get the tomatoes and sour cream, but ours came without those two additional items.
The best thing about our food was that it was cheap, but tonight that was more than offset by the slow service and fair to middling...
Read moreThis location is terrible!! The last 2 times I went, I got all the way home, opened my food, and it was wrong. However, last night’s experience is what’s prompting this review.
I had a decent sized order, which included a #11 (3 Doritos Locos Tacos) supreme. Long story short I get home, open a taco, and it’s flat....I mean literally flat. I looked inside, barely nothing there and no sour cream. I open another one, same thing. I decided to call and speak with a manager. After 33 calls & getting the busy signal (yes, 33, I have an iPhone so it’s quite simple to redial from the busy signal screen) NO ANSWER!! I drove all the way back to Taco Bell, sat in their long line, and gave my food back to the manager. Even he admitted that the food was unacceptable. I pull forward and they bring me a remake.
I go back home, open a taco - NO SOUR CREAM!! So now IM LIVID........this location, by far, has thee LAZIEST and most lackadaisical employees of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!!
Minute details: We ordered a Mexican Pizza and were given no fork. We were given no napkins We were given 3 sauces for an order that totaled $19 and some change
All in all, there’s a Burger King next...
