Had a really unpleasant experience that could have been resolved and handled much better. Went online to place an order for deliver on the website from my local location. Placed the order selected cash as the option of payment. Expected delivery time was 1 hour. As I continue with my day I missed a call from the location. I call back and a young man (who's attitude indicated he doesn't care much for his job or for working with the public) answered and I explained that I was returning a call about my order which also was late. He immediately responded tersely and as if I was in the wrong by stating "you need to pay for your order." I explained that I elected cash as the option on Jett's website. His immediate response was "we don't do that." After a rather short back and forth of indifference I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to speak with a manager, to which he sat the phone down and comes back and states "the manager said you can pay via card and there is nothing to talk about." By this time it is evident that good service isn't important to management or ownership of this location. I end the call 5 minutes a young lady calls me back stating that she is the manager. I explain again first what happened including the extremely rude young man that first answered. Her statement was that "she was on the phone with the owner about another problem with a delivery" and that "they don't take cash and can't take it off the website since they don't actually deliver and use doordash to make deliveries." There was no effort to resolve my issue which I didn't feel comfortable giving an establishment, that has an employee who spoke the way the first young man did, my credit card information over the phone. She further stated "the owner would call me to address the issue,' which also didn't happen. Losing a customer has be come the norm for a lot of businesses that can't seem to hire and retain quality employees that can care for their customers. Read moreFollowing this email, I will be emailing corporate and reporting this location to the better business bureau. . . Last night (5/22) I called in @ 9:05pm to place a pickup order. The lady originally, picked up the phone and hung up. I called again. She was obviously annoyed that anyone was calling to place an order. I give her my order and let her know that their business hours are incorrect on the website as it says they close @9pm. I was not allowed to use the $5 off coupon (that was automatic with the type of pizza I was ordering) nor was I able to get the 15% off by using the order bot.
I explained this to the associate and her attitude was absolutely terrible. I am always kind to customer service workers as their job can be hard but she was disgusting. I remained kind throughout the conversation. She cut me off as I was simply letting her know and asked if she could manually apply the coupon. She said “no” very abruptly before my question was even out. I asked her if there were any in store coupons she could Apply given the circumstances.
She said “I won’t be risking my job to make your pizza cheaper”. Just downright disgusting. We did ask for her name, she refused. When we went to pickup she had on a sweater with no name tag. For identification purposes, she was a white female with purple hair.
Jets is one of my favorite pizza places, ever! However, I will not be treated less than or any kind of way because she hates her job. Then she BURNT my entire order so we didn’t even eat the pizza that we paid too much for. As mentioned at the beginning of this review. I will be contacting corporate as well.

Read moreOriginally from Detroit and grew up with Jets pizza. Been eating Jets for over 15 years (to say I've ordered Jets 200 times would be an understatement). Just imagine how happy I was when I relocated to Smyrna and saw there’s a Jet‘s Pizza here. Just stopped in for the first time and the person at the cash register didn’t seem very interested in helping me (laxidazical attitude, unenthusiastic and semi laying on the register). I asked him what the specials were or if there’s any coupons. He said there are none. I said are you sure, Because I’ve been coming to Jets for a long time and there’s always coupons and specials. He said there aren’t any, but if you tell me what you want, I’ll tell you how much it cost. I seriously doubt that this was accurate, but since he wasn’t very interested in helping me and wasn’t asking a manager or any other coworkers for help, I just left and went down the street and ordered from a competitor, who was happy to tell me what their specials were, were friendly and appreciated my business.
