Jett's Pizza has really bad customer service. I ordered pizza for the employees of my workgroup to be delivered at 7PM. I had called in the order earlier in the day and had prepaid for the order. When the pizza arrived, the delivery driver brought the wrong order. He called the store and they told him the order he had was for another address. He left with that order. I kept asking him to ask if my order was on the way, but he did not ask. I called the store myself. The person on the phone said that it would take at least an hour before they could deliver the correct order. I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes. The same person got back on the phone and said that my order would be leaving shortly. I asked how long that would be and they said about 15 min or so. I explained that we only get 1/2 hour for dinner and that was just about up. I asked to speak to the manager again. The employee said that the manager was busy. I then asked the person to cancel my order and refund the charge to my credit card. They said they would do so. My workgroup had no dinner that night. I then went to Jett's corporate web site and left a comment about my experience. A few days later, I received a response from their corporate offices. It explained that they were sorry about my disappointing experience. They also said that they would contact the store and that I would be contacted by the store manager within three days. That was back in November. Since that time no one else has contacted me nor has their corporate office contacted me again to see if the matter was resolved.
I can see why the store has such poor customer service. Their corporate office does not take customer complaints seriously enough. By the way, I was once a manager of a Domino's Pizza store. If any of my customers contacted corporate or called the customer satisfaction hotline number, they came down on me pretty hard and I better find a way to make that customer happy. The Jett's manager never even apologized.

Read moreI placed an order online with an estimated wait time of 35 minutes. I get there and the place is crammed pack and some people did not have on mask. But that's not even the issue. After checking on my order at least 3 times and being told that my order was in the oven for over an hour. I'm told they lost my pizzas and they voided my order along with the person in front of me. The other customer requested a refund and was discussing a way to be comped for his waisted time. I was clearly starving and still asked for my pizza instead and told the male employee at the counter that I did not ask to be voided. He suddenly started yelling at the both of us about how busy they have been and everything went south from there. Another male employee told me that I didn't understand what they had been going through and that they had been busy since 4pm, nevertheless as a customer that's not my problem. I ordered at 6:24, waited for over an hour to be told that my order had been voided. Also to mention another female employee also persisted to argue with me and lunge towards the counter as if she wanted to attack me. I for sure spoke my mind but never in all of my years have I been yelled at by any employee in any establishment I've visited because they were too busy and obviously in need of a break. I asked to speak to a manager and the female employee shouted you've been talking to 3 of them... all three that had been involved in the incident including one that identified himself the General manager who threatened to call the police on myself and the other customer but never addressed his employees. Placed a note on my order asked them to make sure the special instructions were followed!!! I called the restaurant.. spoke with Melissa, she reassured me that my order would be correct. Get to the restaurant and my order is NOT correct! Melissa (the cashier) is wiping her nose with her bare hard and then handling my pizza box!!!! -Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I spoke with Teigan (who identified as the manager). Teigan was VERY rude, also NASTY as well. She was handling pizzas in the back with NO GLOVES!! These are unacceptable business practices! Not to mention the quality of this place has gone down TREMENDOUSLY! The last few times I’ve ordered my food has been TERRIBLE! I made extra effort to place a note on my order when ordering and to call the restaurant and the order was still not right!!!! The lack of COVID consciousness was the last straw for me!
