I just picked up my drink in the drive thru using one of my free drinks (I had 800 stars, which equates to $400 in prior purchases, you could say I go to Starbucks often and am a reoccurring gold card member), and for the first time ever the staff asked if my dog would like a puppicino for our dog, which we of course accepted. Thinking it fun I also asked for one for my son, which is where things got sad. According to the store manager named Dar (I had to ask the staff) I should be charged for those little cups that I thought were fun gifts. As frequent customers, this is a first for us, and put us in a rather bad mood for a visit to a place we use as a treat. The rest of the staff was gracious and kind, but the managers behavior was unacceptable. My complaint will be filed on their site this afternoon, as no customer should have to put up with someone with such poor tact...
Read moreI don't know who they have working for them right now, but there's two baristas that are completely clueless and don't care about customer service. Called in to ask if they were still running a sale on the merchandise that has been on sale for over two weeks. Went into the store to pick up groceries anyway and oh, look! The item I asked about is still on sale. What? How do you miss that in your own stand?? On another occasion a sale sign was on the items, but no price was listed, and so I asked the barista what price they were but she just shrugged as if it wasn't her problem, turned away and kept making drinks. She didn't even offer to help find...
Read moreMy drink was good but the girl who took my order around noon this morning had 0 customer service skills. I was smiley and kind, even asked HER how she was doing today since she didn’t bother to ask me. She was hasty and rude, I even tipped her cash to try to get her to be kind and she replied with “alrighty then”. Not sure what the issue is here but hiring bratty teen girls doesn’t make the experience enjoyable at all. Situations like this leave a bad taste in your customers’ mouths. I will say there was a young gentlemen with tattoos who was the one who actually handed me my drink, he was really kind and wished me a good day. It’s not hard to be...
