Burger King — Restaurant in Soddy-Daisy

It's sad to say that I have to write Burger King a one star if I could give a zero star I would. Burger King has been my favorite place since I was little but now I have seen many restaurants have its ups and downs but not as bad as this one. I went in today and saw the GM Martha I do believe her name was be extremely rude to her employee. Just because they were late as the employee was trying to explain themselves from what I could hear the lady in question began to yell at her and as the employee was trying to explain themselves and did not get the chance.if you did not want your business to be out and about you need to keep it quiet that would be the smart thing to do. On top of that my order was wrong and my hash rounds were cold. I have went through drive-thru a couple of times with the store not once did I see the lady at the window wear gloves. This is a very awful place to eat at especially in the morning. I have read the reviews and I do agree that they need new employees I hope something will be done about this or Im hoping that some body will call the corporate office and complain because nothing seems to be done correctly. Me personally if I own that store and found out that my workers were being this way I would be extremely embarrassed. This is a very sad excuse of a restaurant I hope in the near future things will be better and have better employees. And also I really hope that you guys take care of your hygiene issues because I have seen a couple workers not be in the cleanest of shape and the place be extremely nasty. Never get good quality food. They throw it together horribly. Always a mess when you open it. Ordered a 6 dollar A-1Ultimate Bacon burger. Literally had ONE piece of bacon on it!! Good job y'all. And even if you go through the drive through it will still take you literally 30 mins if there is 1-2 cars ahead of you! What's the point of fast food if it takes just as long as a 5 star restaurant and you still don't get what you order........As of right now (6-1-22)I just went to drive through AGAIN and got home ...ordered 3 burgers and jalapenos poppers and didn't get the poppers!! So I had stopped here and I heard the lady over the speaker say it would be a moment so no big deal I'm in no hurry and I get how busy it can be. An employer had stepped out to take out the trash and I noticed the car behind me was too close so I asked politely if I needed to pull up some so he could get through and he was polite and said it was fine to wait. Mind you I had been sitting here for a while at this point and I joking said to the employee "She must have forgotten about me." And we both laughed, the lady then chimed over the speaker and replied very rudely saying "There's 2, $100 orders ahead of you it's gonna be a minute." It was bad enough that when I look at the gentleman taking out the trash he was even shocked she said that to me as harsh as she did. My wife and I laughed it off because it's just kinda ridiculous to act that way at all so I figured I'd get my order and explain to her that I was in no way being rude and was just simply talking to her coworker outside. Unfortunately when she FINALLY did take our order I was very polite and she was very dead pan and disrespectful to us. I just decided to leave.
