Never been so EXTREMELY disappointed in a GENERAL MANAGER no less. I think her name was Barbara? I didnt really catch it. She was Hateful, rude, and over all poor attitude. Towards a CHILD mind you. My family came in for a lunch meal. We ordered waters to drink and received child size cups. And the lady was snappy about how to get the water to begin with. My son didn't understand. The water is attached to the tea nozzle if you've never been. He didn't push the button for the water as he misunderstood. He didn't want to pour it out and be wasteful so I told him to go ahead and quickly drink it. And when he finished I'd show him how to do the water. Well they gave him a broken straw. He politely went up to ask for another one. This horrible lady decided to call my son out and make him feel stupid. I don't care that the lobby was empty, her actions were embarrassing and unwarranted. She demanded my mother in law, an elderly lady who is hard of hearing, to pay for an additional drink due to a simple mistake, didnt even give him the correct size cup for the additional purchase either. Then she proceeded to become visibly frustrated about the need of an additional straw complaining about costs... again, to an elderly lady and a CHILD. Then she could be loudly heard walking in the back complaining about the ordeal. The poor register guy came up to us and apologized on her behalf. Poor kid was new and only been there a few days. He was very apologetic and kind and polite. The way a person should be. I wish him well and the best of luck dealing with such a cold hearted witch. I will also say he is quick and efficient at everything I've watched him do from taking orders to keeping the place clean. The GM could definitely learn a few things from him!
The food was good and hot. But the attitude from that lady killed the should be welcoming atmosphere. If you come here stick with take out or drive through. Avoid the general manager at all costs. In the door they have signs looking for workers and managers. She's probably run everyone competent off. Maybe they can find a GOOD replacement for her. And she can take her cranky self...
Read moreEach month, my employer provides me with a GrubHub meal credit. I live almost an hour away so I place my order ahead of time for pickup. This is the third month in a row (due to limited options) that I have ordered from this location and it is not ready. The first month, I placed my pickup order the night before. When I drove to the restaurant to pick it up, they told me they didn’t have my order. I showed them my emails and texts proving they did and a rude comment was made that they saw it the day before and couldn’t figure out why someone would order a day ahead, so they tossed my order. The next month, I placed my order just a few hours early and attempted to pick it up, only to find that there would be a 20 minute wait because they were busy. I finally got my order and went on my way. Tonight, I tried again to order. I drove an hour to get there and when we arrived, we were told they “just received the order like 10 minutes ago” (when my text showed an hour in advance) and informed me they had no chicken ready, so it would be 45 minutes! I told them we drove an hour and they did not care. We were told that maybe 30 minutes and we told them we would drive to get gas and come back. We did & finally got our order.
While this may not seem like a big deal to someone, the time I spend waiting when something is scheduled and I’ve already driven an hour is not how I wish to spend my evening. My time is valuable. If I wanted to wait 40 minutes, I could do that in person. I have two small kids and so two hours in the car is already a task. Sitting and waiting that much longer while they get restless is stressful and inconsiderate.
No one even tried to make it right or apologize for the inconvenience not once, not twice, but three times. Apparently this is a common issue and service is not priority at this location. If you’ve got hours to waste, eat here. If you’re like the rest of the world and don’t have 2.5 hours to spend for fast food chicken, pass on...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. Employees yelling back and forth about other employees and how they didn't do their jobs and it's making it hard on them instead of taking orders.....stood up front for about 10 minutes waiting to even tell them our order just for the employee to be on their cell phone while taking the order. Customers were sitting in cars lined up waiting for food that they pulled up from drive thru. 20 minute wait time on any chicken to be cooked is what we were told and no pot pies were left either. Customers from drive thru coming in and out back and forth from their cars wanting to know where their food was. Employees still at this point yelling back and forth about how mad they are at shift before them. Drive thru employee still on cell phone but outside in parking lot at this point with bag of food looking for where it went. This place is a joke! Dirty dining room and filthy bathrooms. Will never come back we will make the drive to go elsewhere from now on....
