Tried using the app today on my way to work put my order in at 7:13 It said it would be ready at 7:18 I get to the store traffic is wrapped around past the front door That's pretty normal for Hardee's in the morning. I get around to the speaker because I'm going through drive-thru because I'm on my way to work and I'm in a hurry The car in front of me sits at the speaker for probably about 4:00 or 5 minutes no cars visible from where I'm parked to around the side of the building so there may be cars at the window might be a car before them Maybe one more after that but no more than that there's only two or three cars that car sat for 5 minutes ish waiting to place their order and be pulled around they placed their order they get pulled around I'm like okay they're just running a little behind they needed a second to catch up that's fine she says please hold on a second I said okay and I wait another four or five minutes at this point traffic is wrapped around past the other side of the building behind me there's 10 or so cars behind me lady finally comes back she said what can I get for you I said I used the app she didn't hear me so I repeated myself she said okay what was that name so I tell her my name and then silent she doesn't say anything else I wait for like 20 seconds and I said did you understand me and she said yeah I'm just trying to look for your name there's not a Matthew on this list so I said to hell with it and drove off It's not a major deal as far as that goes because I didn't use any money I used the points that I have earned over the last couple months trying to get myself a free breakfast on the way to work but it's not worth being late to work for over I'm not sure what they had going on this morning but they need to fix it there's no reason for them to be acting like McDonald's trying to trick the timers pulling people up or just not starting people's orders so it looks like they're doing a good job when they're really not at this point it's faster to stop at a donut shop then it is to go to half the fast food restaurants that we have access to anymore I don't usually complain about fast food being slow but when you use an app to order an advance and then it still takes 10 minutes to get your food or to not even get the food at that point that's ridiculous and it's a waste of time as a...
Read moreEdited review... unfortunately last few months this hardees has went down hill but the workers are amazing. It how the manager handles issues i dont like. They messed up on our orders 3 times in 3 weeks, no big deal just fix it. Was charged an extra item this last time and told itd be written down for another biscuit. Went through the drive thru and told it wasnt written down, even after showing tiffany the store manager my bank account proving I wasn't lying she still wanted the receipt. So we paid for the biscuit and $35 worth of food to get home and they left the $1.20 cheese off the biscuit. So I went home and found the reciept from the previous order we didn't have in the drive thru and called back. Tiffany advised we start opening everyones food and make sure its right before leaving when previously they DOUBLE CHARGED ME didnt leave anything out. Yep I want the driver to touch all our food after handling the steering wheel as well??.. . When the frustration becomes more than me wanting hardees biscuits, we stop going. Original review... Read moreThis Hardee’s is the best one in the area. They’re fast and mostly accurate with your orders…for breakfast anyway. This is the second time we’ve ordered a Super Sausage Biscuit. The last time was months ago. We order through the drive-thru. The first time the biscuit had folded egg instead of a cracked fried egg. When I complained to corporate, I was told that “due to the national egg shortage” they were having to use folded egg instead. Now, months later, we tried it again. And, again, it was served with folded egg. The egg shortage isn’t much of a problem at this time. At this point, it’s false advertising. You don’t get what’s advertised and there is no discount for receiving a cheaper substitute. Why not just take it off the menu if it can’t be served as advertised?
