I have been going to this location since it opened, and the service has always been great. However, yesterday, was a horrible experience. I put in an online order and got to the restaurant around 3:11. I told the girl at the drive thru that I had an online order and she said "umm your order isn't due until 3:19 so you're going to have to either come in and sit in the lobby or drive back around".
Her tone caught me off guard because everyone is usually so nice. I said OK thank you and parked in the parking lot. There was nobody else in the drive thru and maybe 2 families in the lobby, so I was confused as to why they couldn't start the order. Regardless, I waited 11 min and watched maybe 4 cars go through. Not busy whatsoever.
It's 3:20 and I pull back into the drive thru. I say hey it's me again with the mobile order. And she let out a rude "pull around". At this point, I'm a little frustrated with her attitude. I get to the window, and she instantly hangs out the drinks in my face before I even get stopped completely and says nothing but has this robot look on her face. While she's holding out the food bag in my window I ask, can you not speak?? And she said, "I mean if you want me to".......
I worked in fast food when I was a teenager, and that to me was disgusting. Regardless if I was having a bad day or not, I put a smile on my face and greeted customers. Zero excuses for her behavior.
This girl had a had attitude problem, and maybe the manager didn't see her but the fact that the they would allow such a person to treat customers this way is not acceptable. I get that it's fast food, but letting employees behave like children is not a great way to keep customers.
WE AS CUSTOMERS ARE LITERALLY WHY YOU GET A PAYCHECK! If you can't do the bare minimum, if THIS is how you behave every day, then...
Read moreOrdered on mobile app for me and my sister 2 zax snacks upsized accidentally put lemonade instead of sweet tea, go there told the girl I wanted Sweet tea instead of lemonade she said it was a price difference I said i didn't care I'd pay it, got home looked at my receipt she charged be for 2 more large drinks almost $8 extra on top of the $20 something I already paid for 2 fast food meals. I called asked to speak with the manager. The girl who answered said she was the manager. I started telling her what happened, she said oh I was at the window and I'm the manager, so I started into the conversation and still nothing came of it. she seen it as being OK that I paid almost an extra eight dollars for two drinks plus the two I paid for with my meal. Her response was The lemonades are different price so I went into the price thing with her over the phone there's $.10 difference I would've been happy to pay the $.10 per drink at the window. She did not try to fix or make arrangements to do anything extra I don't know about anybody else but eight dollars is a big deal especially when you spend it on drinks and especially when you get home your fries are old. I have always lovedyour chicken salad sandwiches very tasty . .BUT the last three times I have been to zaxybys twice on 58 highway now in shoddy daisy I order chicken salad sandwich and it comes with one half the sandwich with barely a bite of meat on one half and the rest of the meat all humped up on the other side of sandwich then when I tried to rearrange it the bread just fell apart in my hands what a mess . . . Third time I have mentioned it to both locations but tonight was the final straw . . . Your food is great but the way your servers just slung it together is horrible . . . Most people don't take food back for obvious reasons . . So tonight I was so hungry but that's it 3 strikes your out . . .teach your cooks not to sling people's food together . . I'm sorry about the complain but this is unacceptable to me from now on . . .you have lost my business in all locations ....
