Very nice place . Was a little bummed out that after asking and told the spicy burrito would not be extremely spicy just a small amount of spice it showed up way spicy could not eat it. Was thinking that they would not charge me the 17 bucks or whatever since it stayed on table with only a bite taken out of it and also explaining to the same guy how it was too hot . He came back several minutes later and told me he didn't know what happened cuz he had put order in to cook to not make very spicey but that was it and he walked away . I felt like he took a $20 bill right out of my hand Infront of me and it was ok cuz he told the cook ! Other than that the place was good . All others food was perfect and my salad was great . Could of put more effort into HH appy birthday song to my 14 yes old son as we had requested he get desert and a celebrationale birthday song as we had seen done once before. But unlike that we seen ok be guy and one girl came over with some enthusiasm and sang with us but didn't bother to out on sombreros that were only 10 feet away from us with the whole crew with alot of energy as we had seen them do once before .but we weren't very big spenders with only 4 of us our total was around $130 plus a tip . I picked up an order for door dashing to deliver to a customer. The paper bag was stuffed to the brim so I was unable to insert it into my dasher reusable bag. When I pulled into the customers driveway and grabbed the bag from the car I whole bottom of the bag fell put ruining every item in the bag as the plastic containers all opened. After getting beans an sauce all over myself and the floor of my car I proceeded to call alcapulco to resolve the issue to get items replaced. I am door dashing to help my income as I am no longer working and looking for work so I do not have money to pay for a new order myself. Alcapulco informed me that it is my responsibility and if the customer picked up their own order it would be replaced even though it would not have been a different situation for the customer either as I was in their driveway. In the end because alcapulco decided to stuff the paper bag and feels theirs a difference in a dasher picking up an order versus a customer I feel my dasher review is going to suffer and I just lost out on income to...
