Posted hours state they open at 7AM but on multiple occasions I pull up after 8AM and they informed me that they are not open for another 15-30 minutes.
This morning my kids and I were running behind so I told them we could go to Taco Bell instead of having breakfast at home but when we arrived at 8:11AM, again they were closed.
I had already placed my order on the app and had to cancel it but I’ve still been charged which the Taco Bell employee stated wouldn’t happen so I’m going to have to follow up with corporate which I imagine will be fun.
Aside from that, there is no consistency at this Taco Bell. Half of the time the burritos/tacos have very little filling. Ask for no tomatoes or sour cream, there’s a good chance you’re getting them anyway.
Edit: Kids wanted to try again this morning so we did. Rolled up at 8:26am & there was a line so I took that as a good sign. Each person passed through after enough time that they could have placed an order but when it was our turn, no one was there. I gave them more than adequate time to respond but no one answered. I pulled up to the window & beeped out of frustration but no one came. They were accepting a food delivery so there were employees there but they CHOSE to ignore customers that were there an hour & 26 minutes AFTER opening. They really need to get their “stuff” together as this...
Read moreWent to Soldotna Taco Bell this morning and like usual a terrible experience. I was by myself so didn't get to check everything in the bag. When I got home we were missing half our order. I also ordered no tomatoes on my order and my sons. All of our order had tomatoes on it. I called and spoke to the shift lead and expressed my distain for the person taking our order. When ordering she interrupted me every time I tried to say something. The shift lead then told me that before they could make customizations they need to know the drink. So basically he blamed me for their system not being able to do something. And then instead of asking me again what I wanted on the order they ignored it and did whatever they wanted. My wife also asked for jalapeno sauce on her burrito and they put jalapenos. This place is a freaking joke. Train your people to listen to the customer instead of interrupting them when they...
Read moreHands down - the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. I've given this place multiple chances and can't decide whether the staff is intentionally stingy or just plain lazy. I had the displeasure of watching them assemble my food and shouldn't be too surprised at the results considering that all ingredients were either tossed or squirted onto a tortilla in under 5 seconds. This resulted in a burrito/taco/(fill in the blank) with only a single ingredient in each corner and almost no meat or vegetables to be found. I don't know how they can justify charging $5 for an item that they only managed to slop a tablespoon of "meat" onto. Especially when the monstrosity I'm served doesn't even resemble the picture on the menu. I'll always have a special place in my heart for taco bell, but avoid this location unless you're looking forward to eating a sloppy pile of sauce and...
