Coffee Express — Restaurant in Soldotna

I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop, the Soldotna location specifically!! Anytime I have a craving for a lotus I come straight here (and I live out in Nikiski and with these gas prices that's saying something) 😋! The ladies that work there are all absolutely amazing, super sweet, very professional and they even give great suggestions when I wanna spice things up from my normal order 😀, I go at least once a week to order a blue lotus with cream,Mango,pineapple, and passionfruit and it always tastes the same! I went here yesterday and had an amazing experience. Today not so much. I ordered off their iced tea menu and got handed a hot drink. I told the girl I thought it came iced since it was on the iced tea menu and she rudely said "no it doesn't" my London fog tastes like hot cream. Not sweet and no taste of tea. She also filled it up so much that it was pouring down the side of the cup and has now made a mess in my car. Super upset with this coffee shop. Went there less than an hour ago and got a coffee and 4 shots of espresso. The little girls working there were so rude and dismissive. My Fiancee asked for soy milk (allergic to dairy) and they put milk in it even though they read the order back to us. Hope the owner fixes the employees attitudes and teaches them that when someone asks for a non dairy substitute that it is normally for a good reason. He is super sick now. So thanks for that.
