⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What a fantastic park! This place has everything you could want for a perfect day outdoors. The park is impressively well-maintained and clean throughout - you can tell the staff really care about keeping it in great condition.

The location is perfect with super easy access to the water, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy some waterfront time or just listen to the peaceful sounds of flowing water. The playground is excellent and clearly designed with families in mind - lots of equipment that keeps kids entertained for hours.

As a dog owner, I was thrilled to find this is a truly dog-friendly space. Plenty of room for our pup to run around and explore safely. The combination of open green spaces and river access made it a paradise for both our family and our four-legged friend.

Whether you're looking for a place to have a picnic, let the kids play, walk your dog, or just enjoy nature, this park delivers on all fronts. We'll definitely be coming back regularly....

Beautiful scenery and lota of fish to catch down here. The park is right behind me up the hill and they even host a farmers market there twice a week. There is a boardwalk that follows the river and has about a dozen stations with stairs that lead down INTO the water from the boardwalk. If your going to fish here then bring your waders for sure. The water is a stunning blue/green from the glacial runoff which makes for an absolutely beautiful sight on a sunny day. Bathroom facilities included in the park as well as a play ground for the kids. A handicap ramp Is included down to the boardwalk as well as a handicap fishing access to the river even. They really thought of everything here. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed and well mannered. There are bags provided around the park for picking up after your pets. There are also a few memorials in the main park. Definitly worth the time to...

I love this place I haven't been there in a long time but I shall be returning. I know it's where I belong love the people. I felt from the moment I walked in years ago there was something that was really special and tender and loving and real. the real love of what our creator speaks and teaches us about. You ask? Why are you returning why are you not still there. well I was remarried and to honor my husband I followed him to his house of worship. 26 years almost now and I still alone and linger for that feeling of overwhelming Spirit of Our father. realize I'm missing something very special and rare in these days that is my first love of Almighty and his son...

A well kept park with good fishing. Was recommended by the rental place guy as well as a friend of mine who moved to Alaska. Crazy amounts of sockeye this 2025 summer run. Has clean bathrooms and a paved boardwalk but stairs (for those with mobility concerns). We were visiting and new to fishing but everyone was super kind and helpful. Thank you Alaskan residents for your kindness and nature for the delicious salmon we caught (the salmon fillet photo was of someone else's but ours looked the same!).
