Little Sicily Pizza — Restaurant in Somerdale

Customer service here is horrendous! I have previously ordered from here and loved it. I had an almost $200 catering order for tomorrow so I tried to call this evening to confirm.

When I called some guy answered the phone and just said to hold. They had me on hold for almost 10 minutes and I heard laughing and talking in the background. My sister called on her phone a woman answered almost right away. I was still waiting on the phone at this point. We told her that someone put me on hold 10 minutes ago and they’ve been laughing and talking in the background. She tried to make excuses and then told me to hold. The original guy answered on my phone and I told him I had been waiting and all he said was, “I know.” No apology or anything just “I know” which I thought was so incredibly rude. This leaves me to believe he could absolutely not care less that I’d been waiting. I truly believe he had no intention of coming back to the phone.

Needless to say I immediately canceled my order because I’m not giving any more money to this business if this is how they treat their customers. You need to do better...

First off the food is ALWAYS GREAT. Service all depends on who is taking care of you at the time you walk in. The owner and all the girls that work there are the sweetest. Now the young Caucasian Boy is another story. I don't know why he is there, maybe he knows someone that knows someone but his whole self is always nasty. Talks about customers as if they can't hear what he's saying, his service isn't pleasant what so ever. He needs a lesson on manners and customer service skills, it really doesn't take much. I'm a regular and it makes me not want to even enter the location. Hopefully the owner has a serious talk with him or he will start losing business bc of this young ignorant individual. I like coming in on occasion bc it's quiet and clean but w that person being there I don't know what he's going to say or how he's going to act. Horrible!!! My food took an hour to get here and it's COLD! I live 3 blocks away so someone dropped the ball on my order. Onion rings are over cooked and hard. Cheeses steak is cold on chewy bread. The driver was rude to ask for his tip before I had a chance to say anything. I was a 1st time customer that will NOT order again. I shouldn't have to reheat my food which was a waste of my money at this point. Do not order here unless you like cold food and being forced to tip before you can open your mouth to say anything.
