Taco Bell — Restaurant in Somerdale

Sent my boyfriend in to get our food they say they are working on it 30 minutes later they say they can’t find his name and so lied then another 15 minutes later he gets his order we drive home upset but just was happy we finally got our food, open the bag and it’s missing 3 tacos and 2 sides as we know. So we go back just to realize none of the order was correct but one taco so the long wait was for a completewrong order too! That’s not the worst part I then they said they can remake it however at that point I spent over a hour trying to get my food drove back and fourth and everything was wrong, others where missing there food or got the wrong order so I just wanted a refund they were irritated young ladies walking out saying I need to leave before I get irritated forgetting she has a job to do I guess it was nasty in there and I’m 7 months pregnant not taking the chance of them redoing my order and messing with it or waiting 30 minutes again as people were walking out so I request my refund and hear another girl back there saying for what she need a refund she don’t need a refund like if anyone wants the food from them after all that mind you as my boyfriend was inside I’m in the car before I had to come in watching that same girl walk around as orders are backed up and came in smelling like weed at that then I got super irritated nasty no manner females just ghetto I then kept requesting my refund even though they said they couldn’t because it was a online order I knew it was something they can do and they did in the end after sitting there for a while terrible service terrible night, the workers were young and I get that being in the food industry is hard but the disrespect the walking around as you guys are backed up is Ridiculous they need to fire whoever can’t show professionalism not even in the slightest complete disrespect and disregard for everyone. I do appreciate the three workers at the counter switching off trying to help me out even though it was stressful that’s how you keep a job they need to get rid of them young kids and that nasty female. This is the 2nd time that I've ordered food from there specifically asking for no cheese or sour cream as I am vegan. The first time that I received cheese and sour cream on my burrito and had to spit it out. I decided to let it slide because it was late at night. Today I decided to give them another chance to prove that the employees aren't completely incompetent. Well, people never cease to surprise me. I placed my order and again my burrito bowl is loaded with cheese after I specified that I don't want any cheese or dairy. This time I gave them a call to inform them of their level of incompetence and not being able to pay attention to the necessary details of a simple order. The manager first denied that they messed up the order and then hung up on me. I called back to request her name and she refused to give me her name. She then goes on about how people make mistakes and tells me that I'm rude for complaining. She then tried to imply that I'm racist and hung up again. What type of establishment is this?! you ever get something to eat that you’re looking forward to,you know you’re really in the mood for. So you go out you get it and when you go to eat it it’s a complete disappointment? I had one today. I got a few items a crunch wrap being one, and I paid for extra cheese, then I took a few bites and realized it was basically shells lettuce and cheese. I understand fast food is a quick environment and some stuff can be missed but this is just someone not caring .There was practically no meat in the item and I paid extra for extra cheese aswell. The quality of fast food is just ridiculous nowadays I don’t know if the employees just don’t care, but people spend their hard earned money at these stores just to be disappointed because someone didn’t want to make the item properly. This is not how a crunchwrap should look and it’s ridiculous that they would give this to the customer.They clearly have to go back through and retrain her employees on portioning and pay more attention on quality control. 6$ for this item is a joke.
