Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Somerdale

Pretty sure this location is closed. Just as well. The food n service went way down hill. RANT ALERT- for the past year or so theres always a bunch of young kids in the back n at the register. The girls look dirty.. hair not brushed, wearing pajama pants, hoodies n open toe slides w/ dirty socks. One honestly looked like she was wearing slippers..Def not looking presentable in proper work attire. They looked like came straight from their bed to work. I watched a girl make a pizza with no gloves, no mask. They were dancing making tik toks. I had to wait until they were done for the girl to come take my order n she acted like it was a big inconvenience. Like how dare i order food at a takeout store! Waited 15+ mins for 1 Cheesy bread. When I got it home it was burnt on outside but raw on the inside. I thought they had put some xtra cheese inside bc it was stretchy but realized it was uncooked dough!! There wasnt any butter sauce or seasoning (the most important part.. it's the stuff that makes the cheesy bread so good) it was basically just burnt cheese n raw dough. Another boy came out when i didn't leave right away n caught an attitude bc i told him they forgot my sauce that i ordered n paid for. Most locations include 1 sauce with a cheesy bread. They didn't have any ready so i had to wait another10 mins for him to get sauce from wherever they keep it n pour into a container. (Which is probably why they conveniently "forgot" My sauce) but Instead of just making a container n handing it to me he stood there making several cups n restocking the whole fridge..almost like he was trying to be smart n punish me for making him actually work. When he finally handed me the sauce..his hands were visibly dirty then him n the girl proceeded to block the one exit/enter to continue making tiktoks n got an attitude when i said excuse me to get out the door. Its ashame bc this was the only LC in the area. The store needs a good deep cleaning then reopened under new management...

Went here because it was on my way home from an appointment. I’ve been here a couple of times before and it was fine. My husband called ahead this time and was told the order would be ready in ten minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, it was clear the storm we had earlier took out the power in the store for a bit. Their menu monitors were down, apparently the credit card system was down, etc. However, they were still cooking and staging food for pickup.

When I let them know what order I was here for, I was told they haven’t taken orders from anyone for the previous hour or so. Which is weird considering that they were literally placing out orders for pickup in front of me. They then claimed that my husband had not called them, even though the number they gave me was the number he called.

Look, I get having weather related issues. I get having to tell a customer “I’m sorry, your order got misplaced and we didn’t make it”. What I don’t get is lying to a customer. That’s just plain rude and bad business. After a long day, I don’t feel like trying to sort out dinner all over again. I would have rather grabbed cash and paid for something they had. But since they were so adamant that my husband somehow didn’t talk to them when he called their store and placed an order, this Little Caesars won’t get my business ever again. If I were you, I would go someplace that will at least own up to their mistakes and make it right. If they lie about this, what do they lie about...

Awful, just awful. I must say that this is the worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had. We ordered three pretzel stuffed crust pizza sauce pizzas. We showed up on time and told them our name and order number. They didn’t even start our order yet. By the time they finished our order it was 30 minutes past pickup time. They gave us one extra pizza for the inconvenience. When we got home, we opened the pizzas and the whole order was wrong. All of them had pepperoni (hate pepperoni) , one pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce (not stuffed) 2 stuffed crust pepperoni with cheese sauce, one regular pepperoni with pizza sauce. The regular pepperoni was so dried out, seemed like the pizza was a day old. We called back Little Caesars but there was no answer. We were so frustrated, we threw away the pizza and ordered at a local pizza place instead. It was so bad I contacted corporate to tell them about...
