I love this place - and as the saying goes - I can eat anywhere !! The Family that runs this restaurant ( and it is family run) are always there and working hard. I love the subs both hot and cold, but especially enjoy the dinners. They are mainly Italian but are done from scratch and are perfect. Start with a great soup or salad. Salad fresh and the soup is a chicken pastina, wonderful. The bread basket is fresh steak rolls warmed in the pizza oven to order !! GREAT!! I usually get either the chicken franchise, shrimp Parm or chicken volstini (breaded chick breast with prosciutto, cheese, mushrooms in a marsala sauce). My wife doesn't like fried, so she has her choice of about 20 sautéed veal or chicken dishes (her favorite is the sorrentino) place is BYOB and on the way to PA from OC. ...

We stop there on our way home to philly. It’s always real good. We get a cheesesteak, an Italian hoagie, the chicken soup and spaghetti with meatballs. The kids portion. Trust me it’s more than enuf. I don’t even know which is our fave. They all our. The two of us share everything. Makes for some wonderful eating. The bread they use is particularly tasty. I would heartily recommend this place. Really good food, really good value. I will be back again soon. I have never frequented this establishment, and now I think that I realize that should have gone to Joe’s more often. Their location is unusual, but in reality, it’s actually extra easy to get in and out of. My wife and I have had sandwiches and salads there. Very good quality, quantity, and relative value. This is a family owned and operated joint. When you spend your money at Joes, you get your money’s worth, and it’s good for the Somers Point local economy. Try Joes a couple times for yourself.
