This review represents the general atmosphere of the store and the merchandise. The customer service I found was nonexistent not a hello or welcome in, no music playing, or goodbye. The only good booth in the downstairs portion is the candle booth (which the business is wasting itâs potential at this location I would love to have it moved to Lexington peddlers mall), everything else is your run of the mill overpriced hobby lobby throw togethers, in short I found nothing original that I canât find in Lexington for 1/3 the price with the first floor being dingy at best. Upstairs is alright, there are a few art pieces that are ok but nothing stands out, upstairs is by far better than the downstairs portion. If you were to come here to shop and not drink and eat I would recommend seeing the candle booth downstairs and shoot straight upstairs afterwards as to not waste any time. Very strange store. Will come back to see the candle booth and update review if the store...
Read moreI love this place! I have found so many unique and antique things here. They have a nice little bar with some original cocktails. They also have a beautiful espresso machine, so they can make you pretty much anything with espresso, alcoholic or not. They have weekly events and quite a bit of music either live or a DJ, which makes it fun to hang out on the weekends. Upstairs is a treasure trove of Midcentury Modern furniture and home accessories. Also, some vintage and vintage inspired clothing and outerwear. Many original pressings of older albums, and most are in top notch shape. When the weather is nice, there is a covered patio up front. I haven't tried the waffles yet, but I for sure need to. Every picture that I see of them looks delicious. Todd Clayton the owner of this business is kind and helpful. I have enjoyed many times sitting at the bar and talking with him. Overall, everyone should go and check out the...
Read moreStopped in Thursday April the 6th for the first time and was amazed by the local talent and their craftsmanship. Especially the woodworking and leather works caught my eyes the most. The upstairs is more of a local artist booths but still amazing to see what they can do. They prices very from cheap prices for small things to more for handcrafted goods like hand craved bowls, tables and utensils and handmade leather wallets and leather wrapped axe handles and so on. I walked away with a few small items but will be back for a few larger handmade items for sure. Highly recommend a stop in and see what...
