Dunkin' — Restaurant in Somerville

Today I am very disappointed by customer service. I asked for one medium iced coffee and one chocolate milk. But the lady charged me $9.06 and I am shocked how it came up. I requested to give me receipt the lady denied to me. Okay I understand the lady did mistake but I asked for refund but they refused to return my money. Both started talking in different languages and one staff told me. No I can't do that. You have to come back in the morning my boss can't allow me to do that. Why my question ❓ if he can't do this why manager put them to work. It's really frustrating. Then give me becan egg and croissants. They denied for this. Okay give me something else they said no came back tomorrow. I didn't ask that but they made this problem themselves and I am suffering. And also the dress of one of them was not good. She was wearing half pant and t shirt. Is this Dunkin no way. I am very upset today. They were speaking in different languages in front of me. I was not feeling okay that moment. Even they didn't say sorry. I didn't expect from them. They can charge me randomly without saying anything. Don't play mobile while taking customer order. Pay attention on work. Just experienced casual racism in this Dunkin’ Donuts. I came to the counter and was about to order when I received a call from my doctor. I stepped aside and went to the back of the store to take this important call. Meanwhile a black couple came in and tried to order. The woman refused to take their order and said she would only take their order after she took mine. I told her that I was busy on the phone and to please take their order first. She refused and said my order should be taken first. At this point the couple decided to leave as it was clear she had no intention of taking their order. I told her she was being disrespectful and racist and left. The woman with the long braids should be fired! Unbelievable...

Went in there this morning because the Dunkin’ Donuts at the bottom on the street couldn’t get my refresher right TWO TIMES IN A ROW so I went here, they charged me again for it which whatever I’ll pay for it… how simple is a blueberry refresher with green tea? I even told them how the Dunkin’s below them couldn’t get my order right twice, so I came there…. They give me it with regular sweet tea, it’s absolutely foul. It tastes like a flavored beer.
