I ordered online and went to pick it up. When we got to the restaurant they had blocked the drive thru so we couldn't go through. We parked in the area where they bring your food out. I tried calling the number they had but it was busy every time. Idk if the phone was off the hook or what. After waiting for over 20 minutes an employee came out with food for the car that had pulled up a few minutes before. She didn't ask for a name she just asked if she was the online order. The other woman said yes. When the food was handed over the employee said the names of the drinks. They were the same drinks we had ordered. About 5 minutes later they moved the obstacle out of the drive thru. We went through the drive thru and told the guy that we had ordered online and gave the name. Saying he sounded surprised would be a tiny bit of an understatement. We were directed to the pick-up parking and waited again. By this time the food had been ready for 45 minutes according to the app. Then out comes our food but not our drinks. Employee said they bumped our order up but didn't see what our drinks were. Total bs. I bet the woman who pulled into the end of the parking lot to use her phone was only there for the phone and got our food. I could be totally wrong about that though. It was a long, irritating, frustrating and annoying event. Will I go back? OH HELL yes! This whole debacle was probably a one time thing. Waited 12 minutes for the biscuits which I didn’t mind and was given an option of additional side dish. But warm biscuits- no problem, they were great! The main feature of the meal was not so great. The Extra Crispy Chicken! Nice big pieces were in the box but not warm or juicy, in fact the meat was dry. I’ve never worked in a KFC before but I imagine there is a warmer of some sort and that would be where the juice of the big chicken pieces went. Usually, it’s the biscuits that are dry and hard. This has happened before with this KFC location. The reason I want to say something of this purchase to the manager is to stress EE training. Staff is prepping to much product and it sits around drying out under lights of a warmer or in a warming drawer. Also, the gravy is a mix, someone needs mix it exactly. The gravy I had with the order was very salty, not enough water in the mix. It’s all a simple fix, training, supervision, quality control and follow up to ensure the job I sent being done as instructed. We love KFC! Read moreI literally always have issues with this place! I was looking at the menue deciding what I wanted and they kept getting impatient that I was taking a little longer to decide what I wanted... It's not unusual for someone to not know exactly what they want. I then end my order by getting asked if there would be anything else and replying with no thank you. I get asked again if that would complete my order so I explained that I had already been asked if there would be more and I said no. This guy has the audacity to sit and argue with me that he didn't ask me if I was adding more and at this point I was done talking to this rude guy so I drove up to the window where I paid for my order got my things and left.
