Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Abington Township

Absolutely disappointing experience—will not return. We stopped in after a funeral hoping for a quick and easy meal. There were three adults and one child in our group. Upon arrival, not a single employee greeted us or was available at the ordering counter. Despite staff making eye contact, we were completely ignored for nearly 15 minutes. Ultimately, we used the self-service kiosk, which was frustrating since we weren't familiar with the menu.

The food quality was a letdown. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme that arrived soggy and barely warm. We spent over $40, including upcharges for sour cream and guacamole—which turned out brown and came in shockingly small portions. The chicken nuggets were overcooked, dry, and unappetizing. To make things worse, some of the sauces weren't clearly labeled as spicy, which ruined my daughter’s meal. Most of our food ended up in the trash.

To top it off, we had to bring our receipt back just to clarify what we were even served—it was a whole ordeal.

I used to love Taco Bell, but this visit was enough to convince me...

Went to taco bell for lunch today. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered our food. Got to the window and paid. Then was asked to pull ahead and someone would bring the food right out. Waited about 10 minutes then an older couple came out from dining inside and asked us to move we were blocking them in. So we pulled into a parking space as well as the 2 cars behind us that were also waiting for food. Waited about 5 mor minutes and an employee cam out with a bag. It was not our order it was the car behind us, waited 5 more minutes and she came out again not our food it was the second car behind us, she came out a third time still not our food, a couple minutes later the man who was working the drive thru came out and asked us what we were waiting for, told him our order again, he said sorry someone must have taken the wrong bag and got our food he would have it remade. Over all it too about 30 minutes to get "fast food" unacceptable we will not...

It took almost 45 minutes for our order and it was not a large order. They were just standing around. This is ridiculous... There's nobody else here except for 2 people and a baby eating. They're apparently out of cherry syrup but im not sure, the guy said (exact words) "for the cherry slushie, you need a liquid. What else do you want?" I honestly didnt even know how to answer that! Smoked too much pot on break I guess. We aren't going to order here anymore. They need better management or staff, but it really seems like both to me. UPDATE Our food order was wrong, of course. We ordered cinnamon twists but we got nachos with SOUR CREAM. Ordered a blue raspberry slushie and got red strawberry one instead.... our entire order was like this. If we ordered something customized it was completely backwards. We didn't even bother to call because after reading the reviews, it seems if we did, it would of been filled with hair!!!! DISGUSTING....
