Specialty food store with a deli counter in back, mostly serving sandwiches and salads. I thought this looked like an interesting lunch spot while on the road and was very happy with it! There was a little bit of a line, but the wait for our sandwiches wasn't too bad, and the people were nice. I had an Eggplant Banh Mi, filled with a very delicious combination of breaded eggplant, veggies, herbs, and spicy mayo sauce. I would point out the elements of the sandwich that most impressed me, but it would just be a list of the ingredients since it was all so good. My sandwich was about $8.50 which I think was a fair price - it wasn't huge but was a good size for me. They have a freezer of single-serve imported Italian frozen desserts which all looked appealing, and I grabbed a Pistacchio e Crema gelato cup, swirls of vanilla and pistachio gelato with chocolate sauce and chopped pistachio topping. Good stuff and not too heavy! Their grocery selection is small but it looks like they have some good stuff, like pasta (some in more uncommon shapes), jarred Italian sauces and vegetables, and Italian snacks. Plus it looks like they have a good produce section.

We wanted to grab a quick bite before going to Lahey Family Park. This was one of the first places to pop up with striking pictures. The shop is decent size with some upscale grocery items to grab and go. The star of the show is the deli in the back of the store. They do have grab and go salads but you want to order a sandwich. They have a great selection of fresh options from Italians to ceaser salad wraps. All very reasonably priced for what delicious treats they prepare for you. While you wait pick a fancy drink and a bag of chips to pair with your sandwich. I tried the Roma on a baguette, I loved the cutlet and toppings. Definitely order it hot to amp up the flavor. I cannot wait to go back and pick up more things.

Their deli section in the back of the store is PERFECT and fresh. On the way home from Delaware, my mom and I stopped here to get some dinner. We both got the Tuscan Chicken Salad, and we both loved it. I especially love the fact that Caravia makes their sandwiches/salads from scratch. Even when there are none left, they still will make it for you. :) Unfortunately, we had gotten there at 6:25… which made us worried if there was going to be anything left for us to eat. But when all seemed hopeless… a Caravia worker asked us if they could make something for us. And they did!!! Not only am I AMAZED by the customer service, but also the quality and taste of the food. I WILL be back. :)

We recently reached out to our friends at Caravia for help with our annual teacher appreciation luncheon. Knowing that it’s always the go to place for great soups and salads at lunchtime, we knew they would be perfect for our ā€œSoup-er Teacherā€ soup and salad bar themed lunch. While their delicious salads are a staple on the catering menu, the soups were not listed. A quick call to Ryan and his team, and we were well in our way to a successful event. Ryan took the time to help us figure out quantities, and different varieties that perfectly complimented our menu. When we came to pick up our order, everyone was so courteous, eager to help, and thankful for our business. And, certainly not surprisingly, the food did not disappoint! Everyone raved about the savory soups and fresh salads - many having a hard time choosing which to try first. A huge thank you going out to Ryan and his team for helping to make our event a success! We strongly recommend that you check out Caravia for your next event, or even just a quick lunch. You won’t be...

I come here every day that I am able to. They have the best chicken salad that I have ever had in my life. I am now a chicken salad snob, and I won't eat it from anywhere else! Their bread is always freshly baked, crispy outside and fluffy inside. They offer an array of different produce and organic snacks to try. Their tomato basil soup is amazing, I've never had better. The only thing Is that sonetines, it isn't very hot. But this can be because they had just put it on, I noticed that they are always changing them out. They even have special treats by the register that I haven't seen anywhere else yet. Like homemade chocolates, and unique candies. They do not deliver, but to make your experience more speedy, you can order online and pay with your card. It will be ready by the time you get there, and you won't have to wait in line. If you're on a lunch break, I definitely recommend this, as they tend to get busy around lunch time (and they should, because they're fantastic). Overall, a fantastic place to grab a...
