I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this one. Chesse bread arrived cold, lifeless, stiff, and had hair baked into the chesse (see in pictures). The pizza is supposed to have been half meatballs and half pepperoni, but there's no pepperoni underneath the surface or on the surface of this pizza. The pizza had a foul odor and lacked that classic Bruno's flavor that I enjoyed visiting from Chicago many times. Grubhub failed to address my concerns pertaining to my nightmarish order. I am completely let down and wasted my money.

I grew up on this pie and I'll tell you what, this is hands down one of MY top pizza spots in the South Bend/Mishawaka area!! The staff is awesome and ALWAYS friendly when you stop in here!! If you are lucky you may get a story or two while you wait on you're pie to get done!! Thank you for feeding my family and I (3 Generations) for over 40 years!! God Bless you all!! P.S. don't forget to grab a slice of the Italian chocolate cake for dessert it is absolutely heavenly!!

Another great pizza shop! Tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The breadsticks are delicious, well seasoned, and soft. The pepperoni cheese bread has a perfect balance. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is delectable, and The Soprano pizza has a great variety of toppings with a perfect amount of spice. Ordered delivery through Dine In. Everything was delicious, fresh, and filling. Will definitely order again.

As someone who grew up in Chicago, I was excited to have found a local place that makes Chicago deep dish. Since I'm a bit of a skeptic, I decided to try their regular pizza first. Sunday evening I placed an order via ubereats and waited patiently, then waited some more, only to receive a message that the restaurant canceled the order. Thought to myself "ok that's probably on me I should have ordered earlier in the day" I didn't think much of it and tried again on another day. This time I even ordered it a couple of hours in advance. Right around the time it was scheduled for I received a message from the ubereats driver stating "they had part of your pizza stick to the oven" odd but ok mistakes happen. I naively assumed that it was being remade and the driver just wanted to let me know why it was going to be a bit late, no big deal. But um yeah I wrong to think that. Confusion came over my face as I read "no he refuses to remake it... wait what... the driver calls and puts it on speaker phone so I could talk to the employee. Wow I was speechless at the level of rude unprofessionalism the employee showed during that call. He talked down to me and the driver, refused to remake the pizza or even apologize for his mistake. Instead he acted like it was my fault and the idea of remaking it was utterly absurd. I will never order food from any restaurant that lets their employee treat customers like that. If you want a correct order and to be treated like a person,...

We ordered an extra large pizza for carryout. Bruno's stands out because they always give you a ton of yummy cheese on the pizza, which other pizza places skimp on. The flavor of their crust is pretty good and recognizable, and has depth which most competitors lack. It's mostly a sour crust but also tastes of fragrant herbs, and it's not sugary or saltine-y like the icky big-pizza-chain crusts. Bruno's sauce is solid and the toppings are always bursting with flavor and high quality, and thoughtfully shaped to get a good mouth feel. Their Italian sausage is my favorite take--you'd never mix it up with competitors because it's super spicy and the texture is great. The extra large pizza is a good deal as pizza goes, considering the size and how many days of delicious Bruno's leftovers you get. Glad this distinctive local chain has survived and is still just as committed to excellence as when...

Don't order online. I ordered online to pick up the pizza at the store at 11:30am for a meeting. The order went through but when I went to the store to pick it up, the store was closed and it was only open after 3:30PM. So I couldn't get the pizza for the meeting, it was an embarrassing moment as I had told other meeting attendants that I would provide pizza. To be fair, this is not the store owner's fault, but rather the Bruno's Pizza ordering system. When I went to the store at 3:30pm later that day, the store owner showed me on his computer that they had issued refund for me. But after 11 days, I still have not received the refund and have to file a dispute with my...
