International Fuse Bar and Grill — Restaurant in South Bend

Was visiting my daughter out in college at ND and she couldn't wait to take us here. Food was amazing and authentic. My husband lived in Liberia for a season and we have many friends from Africa, one who joined us for this meal.

We all enjoyed immensely the various dishes we chose. I enjoyed the oxtail and nsima. The other members of our party enjoyed the jerk and various other things on the menu.

My apologies for the picture. I wasn't planning on doing a review. The photo was cut from a selfie we took. The empty plates proof that we enjoyed our food immensely.

My only regret is I couldn't figure out how to get one of those cute little grubhub robots to get an order back to Denver for me.

I can't say enough about the food, fresh to order, well seasoned, the hospitality is very welcoming, with a nice vibe.💯 We(wife & I) ordered a vegetarian plate, selections of your choice, so we picked 4 out out 6 or 8 sides they offered : rice, beans,plantains and greens 👍🏾 Of course no African or Indian dinner is complete if you don't have the prerequisite Samosas ! This family owned restaurant and bar is outstanding. The food is fantastic - perfectly prepared and seasoned. I had tilapia - fresh, richly seasoned, tender and perfectly cooked, not too much or too little done. The collards, also perfect doneness and seasoning, flavorful, a bit spicy in just the right amount. The nsima was new to me but tasted like finely ground grits, just thicker, and were yummy.
