If you're looking for a rugged, off-the-grid camping experience without ever leaving your car, look no further than this Burger King Drive-Thru. Nestled in the scenic median of Cleveland Rd, this hidden gem offers the true adventurer a thrilling test of endurance, patience, and your cellular data cap.
ESSENTIAL SURVIVAL GEAR: Sleeping bags and blankets â expect to stay the night, or two. A couple full gas cans â many brave souls have run dry and had to push their vehicles to the window like modern-day pioneers. A cooler of ice and at least three days' worth of water â while they claim to sell $2 ice bags, theyâre always âoutâ or ânot selling it today.â At least two daysâ worth of food â or better yet, call the Jimmy Johnâs across the street. They will actually deliver to your car window, preventing starvation while you pretend this is a fast food line and not the ultimate test of human endurance.
If you think the employees here are going to help you out with an overheating puppy or mid-meltdown toddler by spotting you a cup of ice water â think again. Thatâll be $4 for your tap-water cocktail. Decline their $4 water â or worse yet, LAUGH at the price â and your full order will be canceled while they unleash a verbal meltdow, hilariously accusing you of being the one with an attitude. And P.S., that $4 just added another night to your stay at BK's Campground of the Damned.
But oh, the entertainment. Once you finally reach the drive-thru window (roughly day three), youâll witness live-action workplace drama so intense, it rivals Broadway. Employees yelling, quitting in real-time, or performing interpretive eye-roll theater while hurling passive-aggression directly into your soul. Itâs dinner theatre.... but, you know... minus the dinner.
And IF, by some miracle, they hand you a bag of food, donât bother checking the order.
Itâs not right.
It was never going to be right.
You didnât come here to eat. You came here to SURVIVE.
To become one with the asphalt.
To stare into the void... and find it staring back, grinning hideously and wearing a paper crown.
Unforgettable. Five stars. Would...
Read moreDONOT EAT HERE! THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING/ RESTAURANT IN THE UNITED STATES, AND IVE BEEN TO QLL OF THEM, TWICE. I got sick, customer service is the worst youll ever experience. If you want to waste 20 mins at the deive through staring at the speaker or your money with half hard buns and now lettuce on your burger or cold food this place offers nothing to its customers and even makes you believe they hate you. After not eating here for a year we went here today superbowl sunday since we were traveling, to grab a bite to eat. Big mistake right after i ate my burger ive gotten sick. My stomach hurts and im nauseous. The service took 25 mins through drive through. The girl even walked away from her window and i can only imagine where she went then returned and wasnt wearing gloves. I am sick and naueous. Do not eat here. I understand its fast food and not instant food but if I've been waiting patienly for 15 mins and you open your drive thru window accusing me of honking at you I'm gonna have something to say when I've been waiting patiently quietly and then get accused of that. you've lost my business ill never return. Perhaps tell your employees to not accuse customers of honking. This place needs to be closed down, the owners of this franchise should be ashamed. Even Panda express could do better and make better food and better customer service. ANY resturant is better then this one. Go elsewhere so you dont get sick or waste your time, and money. P.S. to those from out of town this resturant is not a reflection of the rest...
Read moreI used to love this place but of late I receive bad customer service when I visit. On two separate occasions, I purchased a family bundle (burger & fries for 3) during drive-through and at the payment window, I was given only two 1 oz. Honey Mustard Portion Cups (no other condiments). When I informed the staff that the food I purchased was for three, he replied that they give a maximum of two, and as such, I have to pay extra if I want more. He then immediately closes the window and leaves as a signal that he doesn't have to talk to me. (Same staff on the two occasions).
On the second occasion that this happened, I asked again for extra condiments at the order pickup window and I was told they have placed some in the paper bag that contains the food. Unfortunately, this was a lie. To make matters worse, the food I received was very terrible and tasted very old. I have bought burger at this location in the past, kept it for days and it never tasted old, but this time, what I received was very difficult to eat.
It's not a nice thing to write reviews that gives bad images of companies. However, if as a customer, I am being treated rudely as well as given food that's very old to eat after paying for it, then I am left with no choice than to make others aware as well as look for other fast food sellers that will appreciate me as a customer.
Edit/Update: I was the only driver in the drive-through at that moment at around...
