Wingstop — Restaurant in South Bend

I'm not sure where all these comments about cold food are coming from, but I can definitely say that shouldn't be a complaint unless the people making the complaint are taking their meal back home which even still. Speaking from my first experience the staff were very nice and understanding. The food was out quickly and I had no complaints about my food and I had a 30min drive back to elkhart and when I got home my food was still hot. The only way I can see the cold food complaint being viable is that store doesn't have a designated place to keep food warm. So if you're ordering online I'd suggest coming early or right at the time you had set to pick up because it very well might be cold if you wait till after the time you set to make your way over. Especially if you're coming from 30mins out like I did. Although, other than that I have 0 complaints about wingstops service and food quality because I will definitely be making my way...

Very disappointed with WingStop. Heard nothing but good news from folks in the neighborhood. Last night I found myself near the new store on Portage Rd in South Bend Indiana. I ordered the boneless wings and the bone-in. Unfortunately the boneless was caked with batter and lacked seasoning. The meaty inside tasted similar to what you get at Arby's, except more, and I mean more, hard batter. The bone-in wings also lack a seasoned taste. To be fair to the restaurant please note I did not have them cooked in whatever sauce. Mine were plain because I wanted to taste the wing and not the sauce. I did have ranch dressing on the side. I had a minor problem on my end on the app with ordering at the wrong location, I alerted them right away and they let me know they’d refund my order, slipped my mind and a couple weeks went by and I realized I hadn’t gotten my money back, so I called and very quickly the manager let me know to just come to the store and grab the cash amount if the refund hadn’t processed by the next day. The male manager who helped me finish the issue today (3/4 3:30pm) was overly nice and had no problem assisting me. He even upgraded my drink on the new order I placed today!
