This is Not a good restaurant!
I never eat at Jimmy John's because of the founders hobby of killing beautiful animals in Africa. But today is one of our last days in South Bend, so we thought we'd give it a try. (being that we're exhausted from driving in from out of state and tired of the usual fast food) My husband ordered online enjoying the ease of using the app and being able to watch his sandwich be prepared in their tracking system however they don't bother to finish using a tracking system to let him know his sandwiches are complete. He called 36 minutes later to find out what was taking so long with two cold sandwiches and they let him know that the employee just didn't bother to finish the order by pushing the button. Next issue :They have a veggie sandwich that I thought sounded good with avocado listed as the second ingredient (in all caps) in their advertisement. When I took a bite out of my sandwich I found it missing avocado. I SEARCHED for "avocado" and when I found none my husband called to complain. They told him where he can find a tiny squirt of some "avocado spread" between 2 pieces of cheese (not my idea of what "avocado" is!) And certainly nothing like the picture which actually shows a sandwich which contains lots of the avocado. So now I'll have to go to the grocery store to buy some avocado so I can finish making my sandwich. LAME restaurant. We won't be back. SUBWAY...

I tried to contact them, was accused of not telling the truth because they "remember making the sandwiches", and was hung up on twice. I have photos of the sandwiches and the receipt, and they still said I was lying. I go decently far out of my way, usually, to come to this Jimmy John's but this is by far the worst service... ever. A level of disrespect I have never experienced from any Jimmy John's before. When I called back the third time it was stated the manager was "having a bad day." Read morei have never had any problems at this jimmy john’s besides them “running out of bread” an hour before close and not being able to make any sandwiches, and tonight when the workers were very disrespectful. they don’t greet you at the drive thru, they just say “order when you’re ready” and it takes them 2-3 minutes just to say that. they also never ask if you’d like to order anything else, they just assume you’re done ordering after one sub and tell you to pull around. the girl at the window tonight was especially rude and for no reason. she had a nasty attitude and was treating me like i was stupid when i asked if i could use a reward. the only reason why this place is getting 1 star is because the sandwiches are good, the customer service just needs to be...
