McDonald's — Restaurant in South Bend

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. This is my 3rd and final attempt to come to this location. The staff is inattentive and rude most every time. My last experience I went inside for my mobile order because the drive thru wrapped around the building, but that was apparently a mistake as I saw the last car in line pass the window before my order was ready! My order was simple, 2 breakfast sandwiches. The guy who walked in and ordered one sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle came and went before me and 2 other people got our orders. I was there long enough (8-10 minutes) to also go to the restroom, which was disgusting. The manager (assuming since I could ovehear her conversation) never turned around and was on the phone and messing with papers and pen the whole time, then proceeded to assemble orders without washing her hands or wearing gloves. The window was smashed like another upset customer through a rock through it?!? Either way, I'm done giving this place anymore time or money. I would suggest you stay clear of this...

Waited in drive-thru after paying for two simple value meals for 15 minutes...and that was after being met with ten minutes of silence after the employee said she'd be right back when placing my order. They then told me, as well as everyone else, to park in the parking lot and they would bring the food out to us. However, all of the parking spaces were taken with other customers that were waiting for thier food. Eventually an employee wandered out with multiple meals asking everyone what we had ordered. Also, the lady at drive-thru was just plain rude. She did not say hello or thank you eventhough I as the customer did both. Whatever happened to the days when people ordered fast food and picked it up promptly at the same window instead of waiting somewhere in the parking lot to have someone eventually bring it out? It would be a miracle to go to any McDonald's nowadays and actually have the order...

Came for breakfast and to use their wifi to work on some coursework while I waited for the library to open.

The restaurant was filthy.

They still had all the chairs up on the tables.

The windowsills were disgusting and had dead bugs all over them.

I ordered the big breakfast - it was gross. Plus they didn't have jelly or honey for the biscuit or salt and pepper for the eggs so I didn't eat either.

They had employees yelling explicitly in the lobby. Literally screaming curse words at each other. And yes, children were present.

I left and ended up studying in my car until the library opened. Even with my noise cancelling headphones the atmosphere was just horrid.

Also, just from observing - the shake machine was of course down and they screwed up several orders of other patrons and had to fix...
