My girlfriend went there last night and ordered a few breakfast sandwiches an few hash browns along with a ten piece nugget meal. When she arrived home I looked into the bag to find that they had forgotten the breakfast sandwiches. No big deal, my girl called the restaurant and was told that the entire order would be replaced. Sounds reasonable, right? Wrong. When she returned to McDonald's she was told by an employee that the entire meal couldn't be replaced and that she would only be getting the breakfast sandwiches; because everyone loves a hot sandwich with a cold almost hour old hash brown on the side. My girlfriend disagreed respectfully and asked to speak to a manager. After a bit of hassle she talked to another employee, not a manager, and was told she could have the whole meal replaced if she had the old food which she was glad to hand over because by this time it was cold and not fit for consumption. After eyeing the bag and giving off much attitude one of the enoloyees summoned a manager finally to ok the exchange of old wrong food for fresh right food. When my girlfriend got back home she realized that they had only given us the sandwiches and nuggets we had ordered originally. No sides. Maybe she should have checked the bag, but after that much trouble she just assumed that it would be right. Because how hard is it to get it right the second time? I used to work fast food, I'm sympathetic but this unreasonable. My girlfriend was treated disrespectfully and the restaurant did not respond professionally to our complaint. Read moreHands down one of the worst experiences ive had. I know I know, they are short staffed. However, hear me out, when we ordered, we were ordering for multiple people so it was a big order. When my husband was trying to explain to the employee to just go ahead and make a few of the sandwich's the same way, the employee responded "I know I'm not slow". 🤯🤯 mind blown! Never did we insinuate that she was slow, we were just trying to make it easier for the employees working. The management there is just as bad. We fully expected to have to pull forward, okay no big deal. When she brought the food out we double checked it to make sure we had it all. The manager was like oh its all there you don't need to check. Again, mind blown. We tried to even explain at the speaker that we wanted dailly doubles and she said they don't have those. We ended up with mcdoubles with mayo, no tomato and maybe 4 pieces of shredded lettuce.

Read moreI rarely eat at this McDonald's because it's almost always slow and takes for ever to get your food only to be disappointed with it. Today i went to get lunch here because I'm working close by. When i pull up to order i took the outside lane because there was already a car in the inside lane. They finished their order and 2 cars had pulled up behind them while they were ordering. They pull away and they take the next cars order while I'm sitting at the other speaker. I try asking if that lane was working and i got no response so i ask 4 or 5 times n no answer. The 2nd car finished ordering n pulled up and the next car pulled up and she started taking theor order. Ok so I've been sitting there waiting trying to find out if the.lane was closed. So i pull away and go around to the inside lane. Pull up to the speaker and she starts taking the order of the car that was behind me in the outside lane and then takes the order of the car behind that one. So 5 cars that showed up after me all got their orders taken. I bitched out the order taker and left. Won't never go back to this crappie McDonald's again!!! Fire everyone...
