Greenwood Plaza — Local services in South Bend

This Plaza does not have a lot to bring you there.

There's a Starbucks, Penn Station, Auto Zone, Fed Ex, Pet's Plus, some bank or another, a tanning place, St. Vincent's thrift shop (bad selection, don't bother) and probably some other shops I find completely unmemorable.

The parking lot itself is treacherous. There are many spots where you can't see if other cars are coming toward you and neither entrance/exit is great for it's primary purpose of getting in or out of the lot.

The lot also attracts a fair number of people who want to knock on your window and ask for money along with some regular pan handlers on the corners. I hear that the owner of the plaza is trying to get these people served with no trespassing orders as they can become quite aggressive when you don't give...

Located near Notre Dame Stadium/Campus. This plaza has a bank, a dry cleaners, a tobacco store, Fun Tan tanning, St Vincent Depaul resale store, A kinkos type store, Penn Station, Auto Zone and Pet Supply Company. ! This is the only pet store on this side of town ! There is also a cycling store, Starbucks and ATM in this plaza. Across the street is Subway. It is located diagonally from another plaza with a super market, drug store, gas station, Burger King, Dairy Queen, Einstein Bagels, Pizza Hut...

this place has a Starbucks which I went to and they were slow, as they usually are, if they are even open. It seems like they are open barely anymore.

They also have a 1st Source Bank, Fun Tan, a tobacco shop, Dollar Tree-which I frequent often since they have a LOT of merchandise and they are good at putting it out; A Fedex Store, Penn Coast Station, Auto Zone, Pets Supplies Plus, and some bike shop.

I truly think the plaza needs some major revamping and they need to fill in the pot...
