I called twice. No answer. I waited 15 minutes and then called again. The phone was answered on the 5th ring. I asked for chicken nachos with no tomatoes and no green onion. I also asked for a cheese quesadilla with rice and beans and an extra side of beans. They told me 20 minutes. I waited and went up there 20 minutes later. My total came to $33 and I was confused. The woman I spoke with messed up my order. She put me down for the nachos, a quesadilla, two cups of beans, a side of rice, and another side of beans and rice. WHY WOULD I NEED THIS MANY BEANS AND THAT MUCH RICE? I have been going here for two years and have never had a problem until now. The food was cold, old, and nasty. The beans need salt. When we entered, there was a lack of air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable to be in since it was such a hot day. Also, we were informed after receiving half of our order that an item was unavailable, which created an awkward situation where one of us was left without their meal. Transparency with what’s on the menu and what’s available would have helped a lot.
