Bad service. When you go in, they don't address you or even acknowledge you. I went in and there was a customer in front of me so I waited behind him while he ordered. As soon as he was finished the young man at the counter turned and walked away. I figured he was busy, but he just was looking at the boxes and straightening them up in a line. He did not say hello or all what I needed. I had already ordered and paid online, so all he had left was to ask my name and hand my order. A man came in behind me and said "Have one ready for Smith?" They handed him a box and he said thanks. They never once spoke to him. He kind of nudged me with his elbow and said "You have to ask here, they won't ask you." So I asked, "Is there one ready for Brasseur?" He handed me my order, I said "thank you, have a nice day..." I waited, nothing! No response. I shook my head and walked out! I may be old fashioned, but addressing someone by saying "hello or have a nice day" is super easy and a standard practice when you work in a business with customers.    Read moreOrdered the large one topping with breadsticks deal at 7:00, at 7:45 we were delivered two boxes-the wrong pizza and brownies instead of breadsticks so we called back and told them we got the wrong order, they said it would be another 30-40 minutes. At 8:45 the delivery guy came again, but without the breadsticks, we called back and explained that once again we still didn't have what we ordered. The guy on the phone asked if we wanted the driver to come back with the breadsticks like we would be inconveniencing them. We told them to forget it, we'd give the pizza back and just go somewhere else. They finally took the charge off of our card after we were told multiple times that the best they could do was give us store credit but we still never got the breadsticks. Immediately get a call from a pissed off guy saying they are cancelling my order because âthey donât make orders that get sent through at 11pmâ. Uhhh pretty sure thatâs not how that works. I work in pizza and I have to make orders right at close all the time. If I had known how close it was til close I wouldnât have ordered.
